I bought a house a few years ago with Massada. The house started falling apart the first month we moved in. The quality of the renovation is so bad, some of the jobs didn't even finish, such as the HVAC duct system. One day I notice there was a section of the duct missing (the part that was coming back to the main machine). I couldn't believe it! Then, one day my kid was downstairs calling me:" Mom the ceiling is raining!". I came down and saw the water was coming down through the ceiling light -- the light was on and my son was standing on that water! I had plumbers came and open the ceiling. Turns out they never installed the waterproof on the shower floor. I remember I asked their contractor- Matan about the waterproof and he said to me they made sure it was well protected... BS. I think he probably didn't even know if his workers have been fooling him (I tried to believe he didn't know about it). Other stories like-- a Serious water leak in the basement because their worker put a nail accidentally on the water pipe, the water covered the entire basement. No joke. That was only a few days after we moved in. Top ceiling leaks after moving in for few days in different places... Another friend who also bought a house through Massada told us she hates them, her house had so many problems as well. I like the agent who worked with us. But I think they need to really pay attention to their contractors and the renovation works. Just horrible!

The service Nicole Ganz and Eldad Behroozi from Massada Home Sales provided was tremendous help. They went above and beyond working with us, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and helped us lease our new dream apartment. In a competitive market like NYC it helps to have a purely professional team helping you through the process. Nicole and Eldad are just that and more-- very grateful for the work they put in and loving our new apartment. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or lease in NYC.

We bought our house in 2012 from these shysters. We paid for 3 home inspections and we still missed huge problems. Our sewer pipe burst in the foundation before our first mortgage payment was due. Another 20k suddenly out of pocket. The roof and the basement leaked. They flipped the house and did shoddy work behind the walls that we are still fixing 6 years later. They use unlicensed real estate brokers, and do all the renovations without pulling a single permit. It took us a long time to make right with the city water and electric. We had to pay to have the illegal water meter reinstalled, and pay back payments we weren't responsible for. They changed the layout of the house, which is a 2 family but moved the apartment to the garden level basically making the COO null and void. It will easily cost us another 200K to fix this, including all the fines with the DOB.EDIT/UPDATE 2020:They are now illegally gutting and flipping another house on my block at 1122 Prospect Place. They have cause damage to both neighbors townhouses in the process.Don't do business with these people.

It was challenging as I was looking for House with easy access for handicaps in Brooklyn. He was eager to help even after hours and on his day off was keeping in touch in case he found something what could fit us. He did a great job! Thanks to him now I am an owner of the house!

It was a great pleasure to work with this company. Afik Even was professional, friendly and it felt like he knew exactly what we are looking for since the beginning. He went through all details and was able to find perfectly fitted house for me and my family even those it was challenged as I have many specific requirements including easy access for handicaps. He was so eager to get a house for us that even when we already gave up he kept giving us support and searching for more and more options till he found one perfectly fitted. During all this thorny path he became more than an agent he became a friend who knows what a challenge we are going through as it is not easy to find a house where a handicap person will not feel limited by stairs, narrow hallway or inaccessible bathroom or entrance. What if you have two of them? All my family, including me, really appreciate all Afik's hard work and effort. I definitely will recommend him to all my friends and coworkers!

False advertising. 151 Etna is advertised as a 6 bedroom, move in ready, fully renovated and vacant. It is not (it is vacant). It is a 5 bedroom, that is still under construction. These people are a waste of time. The place is poorly constructed (I have pictures and videos if they choose to dispute) They made me waste my money knowing they wouldn't be taking action or at least saying they would make repairs. Be weary of these guys.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam Harris and Liat Rubin to help me sell my mothers property!! They were amazing from beginning to end! They managed to get me top dollar for the house in as-is condition. Not only that but they made sure the property would appraise and that the buyers were approved by the bank. They took care of this situation from start to finish and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate their assistance!!Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone out there!
