Marshalls is a store full of surprises with new items arriving weekly. It offers a big, well-lit store with ample parking that is clean and located near other shops and restaurants. The ever-changing selection includes brands across ladies fashion, shoes, beauty, home, men's, kids, and more, with lots of clearance items and good deals to be found, including cute kitchenware and jackets. However, the store is often not well organized, with things in a messy heap, and shelves can sometimes be empty. While the cashiers are generally friendly, the floor staff are not always happy to help. The most common complaint is the checkout lines, which can be massively long and nightmare-inducing, wrapping deep into the store, even with several cashiers working.
