Just got off the phone with a ML employee who went above and beyond for me to make sure I received an item they didn’t carry in store. I highly recommend this company and love their commitment to caring for the environment! Beautiful products as well, nothing like the fast fashion “clothing” that is everywhere nowadays. I hope they stay in business forever!

I have been a years-long fan of this brand since its inception and visited multiple locations across the Bay Area, SoCal, and NYC. This outlet has what is hands down the worst customer service. Staff is rude, unwelcoming, and on their cellphone all day. Definitely not the vibe ML I get at any of their other locations so it was definitely disappointing visiting this outlet.

Great, friendly, patient service. Love the in-between sizes: Marge, Larger, etc. Their small but wonderful selection of jewelry is standout.
