I love this shop. First off they are very respectful and professional. Second they do outstanding work. Most importantly they are trustworthy, fairly priced and highly experienced. I have been using them for 3 years now for all my services. My latest - a hit and run which took out my front fender, bumper, left wheel and headlamp. Not only did they complete the job in less than 1 week, the bill was significantly less then originally estimate. Plus they gave me a new license plate holder and armour all my tires. It's the little things too :)

My car was unfortunately damaged by contractors damaging the roof and side door. Once I brought my car to Malibu they took a stressful situation and made it easy and straightforward. They were efficient and were wonderful. They were great at providing updates and walking me through the insurance process. Thank you!

Came here a few minutes before opening hours...they received me...handled it quickly.....on my way... FABULOUS!!!

Wouldn't know I wasn't able to be serviced. They would not inspect my car. Lightly tinted windows So I give them 3 stars because I'm not sure how they would have treated me. The man came out very serious and said NYS will not allow me to inspect your car take off tints and come back. Yeah right went to the next inspection station and it was done without a problem. Looked like a nice auto place. Try them why not

Got a oil change from here, few days after the oil change i got a low engine oil warning for my car, topped off and continued on for a bit. What i thought was increased oil consumption ended up being a cracked oil filter housing, last people who worked on the area was this shop. The advisor at the different shop said whoever did the last oil change over torqued the oil filter. Shocking that they don’t use a torque meter and just ugga dugga things on

I went to Gene after contacting him via Yelp. I wasn't expecting my issue to be resolved the same day, but to my surprise Gene and his guys were very knowledgeable and found the issue and solved the problem in 30 mins. I heard a weird noise from my car every time I tapped on the brakes. I went to other mechanics, and none could figure out the problem. The guys at Malibu put the car on the lift and checked every nut and bolt. I was very happy with the service and price. No more clanking! Thank you guys.
