I had terrible leaks in my home n tenants called a local contractor in my area caulked around windows n rain came wasted money n caulk down the drain I saw these guys in my area in greenpount I watched them everyday I was impressed I waited till they completed the job went to the owner n gave them a excellent review well I hired them did the job rain came nothing still hoping nothing but I have a 10 year warranty now my neighbor hired them workers on time clean up n responsible I highly recommend

Jonathan and his crew were the best to work with. They are dependable and hardworking. They came ready to work and cleaned up every night before they left. They work quick. The siding looks amazing like I have a brand new house. Can’t wait to have them do my next project!

I don't often write reviews but Maldonado Construction did such a great job on putting siding on my Brooklyn brownstone, that I felt I should. They were professional and friendly and kept me informed all along the project. Great work, John!!

Great experience. They showed up early and began work immediately. Did my entire roof, plus the addition. Old roofing removed and new roofing place day 1. The next day, they complete all the gutters and vinyl siding. Took all the garbage. In fact, his team was walking around with flashlights, looking and picking up any garbage they missed. Very professional management and team.

When we found out that our roof was lacking insulation after just having installed solar, we realized that we needed to hire someone professional with a lot of roofing experience. Having received a few quotes, we decided to move forward with Maldonado due to their professionalism (on time, quick replies by text or email), their honesty in regards to the job and their overall experience on commercial jobs. They completed the job within a week, respected our home and our neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. My main concern was how they would work around the solar installation, but they exceeded expectations by even adding support for some of the wiring so as not to have any issues with the insulation. I would not think twice about hiring them again.

I cannot rave about MCG enough! I hired them to paint my bedroom a dark color and they did not disappoint! The team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently! Once the painting was finished, they made sure I was happy with the results and touched up any spots that needed touching up once it dried. Once they were completed, they cleaned up and left NO MESS! I’ll definitely be hiring them again for my home needs.

This company should stick to roofing because they are not professional contractors. I used them as a general contractor. The work was completed in January of 2022 and was not lived in until June of 2022 and most of the work they did is falling apart within 2 months. They don’t guarantee their work. I have to hire other contractors to correct their work. Big mistake!!!!

Maldonado Construction completely replaced roof and gutters. I appreciate that financing was offered. Very responsive to text and phone calls, kept me informed the whole way. Came when they said they would. Professional and easy to work with. Quality work.

I am happy to recommend Maldonado. They replaced my roof. It took a bit longer than expected but that was due to supply chain problems due to the pandemic and winter weather. Their team was a pleasure to work with, and they were very responsive to my concerns.
