Take you business elsewhere. Went in with my partner, he had an old chain from his mom that we were just trying to get some info on/see how much it was worth. Main guy has a craaaaazy attitude right off the bat and after glancing at the chain, he THREW it back at my partner after mouthing off at him. Some nice younger woman tried to intervene (after telling the guy to get a grip) and give us service, but we were appalled. Went elsewhere and got a good estimate on the chain.

Beware selling Gold here. They offer you less that 40 percent of scrap value. Other place offer as much as 80percent don’t get pressured. Shop around!

Majestic jewelry are Bad for business I bought a " 14 karat gold chain and They gave me a 10 karat gold chain " ..... I left and came back (20 minutes later) and asked for a refund and they did not want to give me my money back after I pay them in cash . They told me they can only give me store credit !!!!!

Took 4 days to get a half inch added to a yellow gold chain then when called they couldn't find the chain and when they finally found it and I picked it up the new links were tricolor and the way they were attached makes the chain look bent. They will take your money and not do the work you ask for.

They took down my original review but I gave them a gold ring for a gem change. They literally replaced my gem with a piece of chipped glass rather than an actual stone. All the gems are also loose so they keep spinning Highly disappointed in these scammers. The man there said that its not even noticeable. It doesnt matter, Its literally a chipped stone that I paid $40 for. Scammers. I want my money back.

The owner/boss in this store is a racist @#$# . I brought a cluster diamond ring six days ago, one of the diamonds came out, he refused to exchange my ring for another ring that he quoted me the same price for the one I purchased, saying that he gave me that price because there was a sale and the sale is over. Mind you, he then said it was a Valentine's Day sale. How the heck can the sale be over and the holiday hasn't even came yet!!!! Freakin liar!!! Long story short, I called the cops and after 10 minutes of the cops letting him know he was wrong and a bad business man, he returned my money. Please do not buy jewelry from this store!!! He's a money hungry pig and will not honor anything once the money exchange is done. The ladies who work there are very nice. Its unfortunate they have to deal with an a@#-hole like him!!! Ugh. I will be shopping at Tivoli Jeweley store from here on. Their jewelry is better quality and the owner is a sweetheart!!! Its located on Graham and Metropolitan. Please visit, you won't be sorry. Good writtens Mr. prejudice one!!!
