Real professionals work here. I had fractured ankle and couldn't walk properly. They did great job in taking me back to normal. Yuriy is very knowledgeable and experienced, and the other therapists as well, I forgot everyone's name but had treatment from each of them and results were good. I highly recommend Madison Park Physical therapy.

With a hypermobility disorder, Yuriy (the owner and one of the PTs) kept my body in one piece the whole time I lived in Brooklyn! Such kind and helpful staff, which makes the logistics of coordinating appointments so much easier.

The staff at Madison Park PT are not only the best at what they do, but are warm and welcoming to all the patients in their care. Appointments are easy to make, the facilities are comfortable and clean, and the staff ensure the comfort and safety of their patients are top priority. I could not be more satisfied! Yuri is kind, patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. This is my third time receiving physical therapy with Yuri. The first two times were post surgery. The recovery for each was seamless, due in large part to Yuri. Currently my recuperation has been amazing. I had been experiencing back pain that made it very difficult to walk, stand, etc. I am almost back to normal. Thank you Yuri!!!!!!

I highly recommend this physical therapy office. I was actually sent here by another physical therapist as I was not improving there and had a more complicated medical problem. In this office with the wonderful help of Yuriy I improved a lot. I used to need a neck brace but not anymore. He took his time to really make sure exercises and treatment were tailored to my problem. I feel so much better! The other staff in the office are really kind and helpful.

I called 5 x's over a 2 week period of time to book a New Patient Visit. I had my referral from the PCP and my insurance carrier verified this place was in network and that there were no co pays, deductibles or co insurance due by me.When calling the facility I connected to voice mail where I left my name, telephone # and brief message. After 3 phone calls, I tried again, and this time the call was picked up live. I told this person I wanted to make a New Patient Appointment and he told me the person who does that had left early and he took my name and number. I told him I have been trying to make an appointment for several 'tries' and no one was calling me back. I asked for his name. He said it was Frammy and that he assured me that tomorrow someone would call me back. Tomorrow came and went with no return call and I tried calling them once more and again got dumped immediately into voice mail.I was really disappointed in the way or lack of way they handled me as a potential new patient. My insurance carrier asked me to provided feed back on the new patient experience and all I can say is I never became a new patient because of their inability to contact me.

My mom & dad started going here for physical therapy last month and have done nothing but RAVE about their treatment! The facility is immaculate & very comfortable. The faculty are extremely attentive and thanks to the PT so far, we all see an improvement already. Thank you Madison Park Physical Therapy for such a great experience!!!

Madison Park rocks! Yuri and his associates evaluate your needs and personalize everything for you. They are also delightful people. I continue to do about one hour of their exercises daily - do not plan on ever needing a walker or wheelchair. This is REAL physical therapy and I am SO MUCH stronger than when I began PT there. This is almost a year after completing my treatment at Madison Park. "You will be pleased" if you work with them.

Yuri and his staff are the BEST!!! Yuri is very caring and makes you feel very comfortable each and every visit. His assistant Brian is very attentive to the patients as well, I have gone to other big name big facility PT offices, but have never received the top quality of treatment and service I am getting now . Great job and way to go.
