Abdo is an amazing technician. Super honest, relatable, communicative and helpful! I’m so glad I found his repair shop!I spilled some water on my Mac book pro and immediately the machine slowed to a halt. I called around a few Mac repair shops and his was the only one that offered to open up the machine, take out the batteries, so it could dry out - for free. And over the next few days, he worked many hours to get the data off of my machine and mirrored it on an old Mac I have. That Mac wasn’t even logging in correctly and he was able to revamp the machine so that I essentially had everything back in order in a couple of days.He also helped me find the right replacement on the Apple site. He gave me frequent updates and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.Truly a very competent and trustworthy technician who’s customer-focused and will go far to help you restore your digital life! Thank you, Abdo!

Some of the best meals I ever had came from tiny places no one ever heard of. Same with the service offered here. Passed it a million times without ever noticing it, turns out it’s pure gold. The estimate and diagnosis for repairing my dead iMac was totally on point and the final price was very reasonable - and it only took a day. The customer service was as good as the technical work. So happy to have found this place.
