My mother, cousin, aunt, and I stopped into this cute shop after seeing a lovely star lantern on the display window. However, the charm of the store is ruined by the RACIST customer service. In 2024 I am shocked that I was followed throughout the shop, and understood the lack of greeting and judgmental face we received was a micro aggression. The sales associate hovered over us as we shopped without saying a word. I am absolutely disgusted, hate has no place in Park Slope or anywhere for that matter! Tarzian West, located 2 blocks over on second street offers a much more lovely shopping experience. I suggests customers go there and not here.

One of my favorite gift shops. Well curated selection of scarves and gloves (for men and women), wallets and purses, cards, jewelry. The night lights, though, might be my favorite: each is a work of art!

Wonderful store for women's jewelry and accessories. Small shops like this make our community a better place! Buy local!

What a lovely store and super great customer service. Lumiere has the loveliest earrings and so much more. If you need a gift this is the place to go. Has everything you might ever want.

A tasteful and well-curated collection of fashion and home accessories at every price point. It is my go-to place for gifts and unadulterated self-indulgence. I won't lie but I can never go in without getting something. Owner Peggy is a lovely and elegant lady who never pushes an upsell but is always available to answer questions.

I received a beautiful necklace, bought by a friend at Lumiere. I love it! A couple of months later it broke (not a defect-- it got caught on something.) I went to the store and asked if they had someone who did repairs or could recommend someone. When the lady could be bothered, she glanced up at me and said, "No." They have so many cute things -- I had planned to buy something while I was there. TERRIBLE customer service.

Feels like an enchanted store! Its small but has nice items-jewelry, decor etc. Bought a beautiful suncatcher and plan on purchasing another one soon for my mom, who loved how it shimmered in my home.

This store caught my eye with the colorful & cute items on display. The only downside was the woman staffing the store. She didn't greet me, perfunctorily answered my questions & then begrudgingly packed my items after I requested a bag. Lovely items, poor customer service (for people of color it seems).

Very cute store. I've been looking for a tan, straw summer hat with a black ribbon around the edge, a small brightly colored crossbody bag, and an equally specific candlestick holder for my dining table for a few weeks now and managed to find all 3 things in this store. The woman at the counter was very kind and helpful, and a darn good saleswoman. Stop in! You won't be disappointed.
