I recently had a disappointing experience at the Lululemon store. I arrived intending to buy a few items, and while I was browsing and selecting clothes, I was informed by a staff member that the fitting room was closed because they were closing in 5 minutes.I find it frustrating and confusing that they allowed me to enter and choose clothes if they were about to close. There should be a clear rule or announcement about closing the fitting room 5 minutes before the store closes. This would prevent customers from wasting their time and having an unsatisfactory shopping experience.Overall, I expected better customer service and clarity from a brand like Lululemon. This experience has left me quite disappointed.

I recently had an experience at Lululemon that I found quite disheartening. I purchased an item which, unbeknownst to me at the time, was marked as “final sale.” I was also, not informed upon checkout that the items were final sale, which at other retails, I felt as though that occurs. Unfortunately, I realized only a few hours later that the item did not meet my needs.When I returned to the store to discuss a possible solution, I was informed that the item was non-returnable due to the final sale policy. I attempted to engage in a calm and reasonable conversation with the staff, hoping we could find a mutually agreeable resolution. However, I felt that the response from multiple employees was less than accommodating.While I understand the necessity of store policies, the rigidity of the final sale rule, especially considering the short time frame of the return attempt and the clothing not even being worn (and still having tags) was disappointing. Moreover, the interaction with the staff left me feeling berated rather than supported as a customer.In light of this experience, I would hesitate to recommend shopping at Lululemon, especially for items that may be on final sale. It’s important for retail businesses to balance policy enforcement with customer service, and unfortunately, I did not feel that balance was achieved in my interaction.

Very disappointed experience, it is verified with my order online and my purchase is eligible for return at store within 30 days of purchase ,but there was associate who’s attitude was very condescending and micro aggressive, she refused to do it for me. I don’t think I will ever visit this store anymore.

Love lululemon! I'm a fan of lulu not only because of its products, but also the amazing customer service. A Lady named Michael helped me with different sizing and was patient with me for all my questions. I would love going back!

I was recently in this store to exchange a pair of leggings that unfortunately ripped and I was unable to wear them. Marc was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable! Claire also assisted me as I shopped around and was just lovely. This location is 10/10 and I’d go back any day!

Going to be honest, I used to buy very few Lululemon items because of the price. Now that I am usually in athletic wear when I am not working, and also for Pilates, I realized how other brands don’t last. The sports bras and quality of the pants at Lululemon are worth the price. Bonus- the material doesn’t catch as much of my dog’s fur as other material. I was at the City Point location on MDW needing to find sports bras that fit and some outfits and Bianca was super patient, friendly and helpful. She assisted me to find bras that were flattering to my size and workout needs and some pants that worked for both Pilates and daily errands. So grateful for her help- I don’t think I would have found as much great stuff without her.
