My wife and I went to Lullaby Baby to check out stroller combinations, not knowing how anything felt from online shops. The staff was well informed, gave us the good & bad of each stroller combination with accessories, car seats, adapters, and everything in between. We were able to test out the strollers in the store. We ordered our stroller in store to be delivered to Lullaby Baby. The stroller, bassinet, car seat/adapter arrived a week later, and they called to hand delivery it to our home. We could not have asked for a better customer experience!

Had an excellent experience here - I needed a missing piece for a car seat and the staff was so helpful both over the phone and in person in identifying the piece I needed, helping me exchange the one I mistakenly purchased earlier, and installing the piece for me because as a first time mom I was totally lost. They’re super friendly and carry all the gear a parent could need. Thank you guys!

Summary: Do NOT shop at this place. They owe me $300+ and products. Read below for details.
Update: it has now been over two months since I have returned the item. I still have not received a refund or the other item I purchased. Instead, I received an email from the business owner indicating his displeasure with my review.
I strongly advise against ordering from them online. I ordered two items and, aside from an automated confirmation email, heard nothing for over a week. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who informed me that one item had shipped (which it hadn't, as I discovered later) and the other was listed online by mistake.
Despite the rough start, I tried to be understanding, knowing they are a small business. Unfortunately, I regret sticking with it. When I received one of the items, I needed to return it. I followed the website's return instructions but didn't hear back. After a week of calls and emails that were left unanswered, I got a response after filing a dispute with my credit card company.
They asked me to cancel the dispute, return the item, and promised a refund. Trusting their word, and still wanting to support a small business, I canceled the dispute. It's been 49 days since my purchase, 17 days since the item was returned with over $100 in shipping fees, and numerous follow-ups later, I still haven't heard from them.

We had an excellent experience at Lullaby Baby! The selection of products is impressive, and the customer support is outstanding. My husband and I were in the market for a travel stroller and ultimately chose the UPPAbaby MINU. We also brought in our older, second-hand UPPAbaby VISTA for some assistance, and the team was incredibly helpful. Millie went above and beyond in guiding us through our options and troubleshooting issues with our older stroller. We highly recommend this store!

Amazing service and selection in the Brooklyn area. Milly has been nothing short of amazing helping us pick what we need for our twins and telling us what was a waste of money. She made a very overwhelming decision not so overwhelming anymore. Their customer service has gone above and beyond for us. Def a must go to if you’re expecting babies or just need some new gear !

Bought a baby gift toy for a friend, from Lullaby Baby through Amazon. Item arrived damaged, the box mangled and dented- not giftable, as it was sent in a plastic bag versus being protected if it was shipped in a cardboard box.Immediately contacted Amazon and the seller for a return label and refund, sent pictures, and followed instructions.For over 16 days Lullaby Baby tossed the problem back to Amazon. Lauren C from Lullaby Baby kept wasting everyone's time with slow back-and-forth correspondence not resolving or even following Amazon's specific instructions for the return. Amazon kindly refunded the damaged item. I would never purchase anything from the seller again online and do not recommend them to anyone else, as you can also read from their reviews here on Google (Lauren C- 1 star*) Amazon, and Yelp that CUSTOMER SERVICE is A REAL PROBLEM.

Yossi was the best. He was extremely patient with us as we asked endless neurotic questions about car seats and strollers. He was very knowledgeable, demonstrated how to use and fold everything, and gave us great suggestions we didn’t even think about. So glad we found this place.

I have ordered breast pump on Amazon from them. They have provided wrong tracking number that was showing delivered to the wrong address, I immediately contact Amazon to confirm is that the right tracking which they did. I’ve ordered another pump as I needed ASAP and then few days later this pump arrived. Item has never been unboxed but they refuse to take it back for free- in best case asked 25% restock fee to be paid. Medela policy which they are referring to clearly states that product that haven’t been opened can be returned.Lauren C sarcastic and offensive without understanding.
