It's a Lowe's. However, this visit was excellent as a manager asked if we needed help and went above and beyond to insure I left satisfied. Mr. Worrell deserves a raise..

This store is an embarrassment. When you order delivery from them, it almost never comes. Last time they blamed "Uber's software"
So I now try order on instacart. Yesterday, I got a used paint sprayer. Covered in paint, and cracked! So I ordered another. Guess what?? The box is open and it clearly says it was part of a different order.
The team there rarely pick up the phone, and someone from the management needs to look into this. The manager apologized for the used sprayer and 2min later I got another opened box??
I've now been waiting for 8min as the phone rings and rings.

Everyone is super nice and helpful. You must get there early for seasonal sale items. They sell out fast and normally don’t get reallocations

I ordered a shelf to be next day delivered. It never arrived. 1 week later and still no delivery with multiple emails about delivery dates. Probably spent 2 hours on customer service calls…no progress. Finally called to cancel and they said I’d get a cancellation email. Instead i just got an email it’s available for pickup. I already got my replacement delivery from Home Depot because this business doesn’t know which way is north. Will have to call them again tomorrow…waste of time. Do not order from them.

Today I accompanied my Mom to buy some plants and we were surprised by Martha's excellent service. What a joy to meet someone who likes to do her job. She was super kind. I wish there were more people like her.

I've been going to Mill Basin Lowes since it opened. I've seen a lot of ups and downs many employees know me on first name basis. Overall I enjoy the experience. But today was a complete surprize when I was disrespected as if I was a third class citizen when I asked Stacy who that employer was she told me his name. It starts with a T. But when she told me his position I was floored. He was the Assistant Store Manager. Not only did he disrespect me but also my client. I never complain much but, this I have to have addressed. I will not let this go till I see resolution. I understand what his intentions where but his resolve was a slap in the face.

I have been in the blinds department 3 times in 3 weeks. I am sitting here now. It seems as though people want to help you...but the wait is an unreasonable, astronomical wait...time which no one seems to have any regard for, unapologetically. Every single time I've come, I've had to wait more than 30 minutes to get help, even AFTER WALKING AROUND THE STORE TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP AND WALKING WITH THEM BACK TO BLINDS DEPARTMENT. Why is this acceptable? I've noticed, it doesn't happen in every Lowes either.

Worse store ever no one picks up the phone seems there's no store manager or any manager, I ask to speak to manager I was transferred to a ringing phone no one answered. I thought homedepot was bad nope it's lowes they need to stop hiring people from homedepot who get fired there's a reason. Bad workers.

There is never enough inventory.
No one helps you they just point in the direction and walk away most of the time.
Always see workers just doing nothing,and only one cash register open. But 5 employees hanging around them.
Cashiers are very respectful,
Most of them.
