My experience with Lowe's was beyond disappointing. I ordered a refrigerator through my home warranty company, and it turned into a nightmare. The delivery was rescheduled, and whenever I tried to get updates by calling the store, I encountered nothing but rudeness from the employees. They seemed to have no interest in helping me and instead gave me the runaround, offering no updates or follow-ups whatsoever. To add insult to injury, every time I called, I was put on hold for hours, wasting my time and leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be patronizing Lowe's again.

No customer service. EVER. Employees — the few you can find in the floor — don’t care and will even say ‘go to Home Depot.’ Management, if you can find them, cares even less. This is consistently the case over years of grudgingly going there - mostly for stuff that doesn’t require help.

I bought a special order bathroom vanity for a remodel. After 8 months the coating on the top started to wear off. I called Allen + Roth and got a return #. I then called the Hadley MA store where I purchased it from to get a replacement. The manager of the store was a real jerk! They wanted me to purchase a new one and return the defective one to the store over an hour away before they would replace it. What a joke! I will never go back there.

We bought a fully-assembled, brand-new electric golf cart from Lowe's store #2656 on 12/13/23. Almost immediately, the golf cart had pieces fall off including the wheels from the stripping of the bolts during assembly. We asked to return it since it was a damaged product and they refused to take it back and instead wanted Coleman (the manufacturer) to repair, with us paying the delivery charge. After doing so and sending to a recommended shop by Coleman, the cart remains unfixed with Coleman and Lowes fighting over whose fault. We are frustrated with false advertising about the return policy, the poor assembly and the lack of help by the store personnel. We want our money back. The bottom line is don't buy expensive items from Lowe's, there is no return policy when big money is involved.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my mother is having at this Brooklyn Lowe’s store. She has been working with Lowe’s to remodel her Kitchen since July 2023, and the work is still not complete it is February 2024. Unfortunately, she has encountered several issues that have led me to feel compelled to bring them to your attention.Firstly, the entire process has been so unprofessional. She worked with a so-called kitchen designer regarding her kitchen who designed her cabinets and another salesperson for her kitchen appliances. The designer/salesperson never stepped foot in her kitchen and designed the cabinets based on measurements and pictures. This has caused major problems, and my mother has spent more money than expected. Overall, she has spent over $20k on her small New York apartment kitchen. She has paid for some things that the contractor never did.We had issues such as a cabinet not being able to fit in the elevator to come up to the apartment, so the cabinet had to be cut downstairs in the garage and brought up to the apartment, and the installer had to put the cabinet back together in the apartment. Another issue is that some appliances cannot be installed because the electrical outlets are not in the right place. If the designer had come into her home, he would have been able to tell her everything she would have needed to get done before she signed Lowes on to do this job. My mother is a 77-year-old woman; more assistance should have been given to her with this project. There are so many other issues to list, but this review will be extremely long.Another issue is you can never contact anyone at the store by phone. The customer should not have to also come to the store to contact someone, especially if they hired Lowe’s. The bottom line is that Lowe's should not be remodeling anyone's kitchen, bathroom, or any other area in the home. The only thing that Lowes is good for is buying appliances and flooring and small things that are needed for the home, not remodeling. If the remodeling process is not going to be done the proper way, it should not be done at all. I have called this Lowes store several times and have never been able to contact anyone, resulting in me having to go to the store to talk to someone. I have also emailed the salesperson my mother is working with and still have not received a reply.I hope someone from the Lowes corporate office sees this and looks to change how they work with their customers and how they handle the remodeling process. I would like to request a refund to be given to my mother and hope that Lowes can provide her with a resolution to restore my faith in Lowe's as a reliable provider of home improvement products and services.

Most disorganized and unhelpful staff imaginable. I was purchasing 2 large items (toilets) and tried to find a cart for 10min, was told to look outside.. didn’t see one… then the same clerk who had an empty cart said she “needed this one” so wouldn’t give it to me.Incredibly frustrating staff and experience. Loathe this store

Worst customer service!!!I have been trying to rent the insulation blower since last year one person says is broken another says is working so I file the form and found the day I can do my project and one of the managers with out even trying to check it out said is broken.I guess it is just easier to not to serve customers. Customers time means nothing to Lowe’s!!Will never go back!!!

Yes, there is what is necessary, but in terms of prices, it is a little expensive. If they set more affordable prices, it would be better and they would have more customers. It is my humble comment.
