This store honestly has terrible costumers service i bought a propane tank and waited outside for 20 mins for someone to come out and help me. after waiting for a while i went inside were an employee named Geo helped me, he was very nice and helpful. ?

Went in to get a couple woods which most were missing the price and the code for the check out. Cashier proceeded to catch an attitude because I didn’t know the specifics name of the woods. On top of that it took me asking 4 different employees to cut the wood waited over 20 mins and they never came back. Finally the employee who did cut my wood ASKED or should I say demanded for a tip FOR cutting the wood. HORRIBLE costumer service !! Really disappointed

Store phone service is inefficient and have been on the line for over 2 hours. Would call 8x and once I wait for at least 20 minutes each time, call would disconnect.
I went to the store yesterday to check on a product that turned out to be out of stock. Rep said there would be a shipment next day. I tried calling back today to check availability of a product so that I don’t waste time going back and forth as that product SKU can only be checked “locally”. Still no one picks up. Very inefficient. They are lucky that Home Depot next door is temporarily closed.

Had a LG model washing machine delivered today from LOWES with no box or protective covers by a Mexican male. He was rude disrespectful, refused to do the hook up of the machine which was included in the fee. He told me to shut up, called me N-ger word , yelled at my daughter act like he wanted to attack her. He tried to take the washer back. I told him I’m reporting him and called customer service. He then tried to snatch my phone and said I’m calling them, no!! I’m calling him in a very threatening tone . I was fearful for my life and called the police. While waiting for the police to arrive another Mexican man showed up at my house saying he was the man son. Why is a Lowe’s employee giving his son my address placing me in my family in danger. I don’t no if the machine works I now have to pay someone to install it. After reading the reviews for LOWES I’m praying I don’t have to contact the news! I definitely will be speaking to my local congressman about my experience!!! LOWES do better!!! Oh by the LOWES you sent me a survey which I completed based on my experience, I received a auto reply back that my response was invaluable which is a reflection of of my experience with this purchase my money had value but not the service you provided. Not to mention I don’t no where you find these people your hiring very low grade invaluable people
