Very rude associate from the pro desk hung up on me when I requested to speak to her manager due the issue with my order. Very unprofessional........
I don't recommend this lowes to anyone.

The staff here were very rude to me. I paid for wood, and took it to the service area to have an employee cut it to size. They cut it to the wrong size. The employee said theres nothing he could do and that he couldnt "make the wood grow back" with a very rude tone. I went to the customer service area to see if I could be refunded or try again without being charged double for the employees mistake and the woman at the counter just made it seem like it was my fault and that if I wanted more wood id have to pay for it. She ended up raising her voice at me so I left and didnt take the wood.

Sent us a defective Washer/Dryer, told us it would be 5 days before they could find the time to pick it up. Still no timetable for replacing it. $700 installation fee is well worth being treated like garbage

No one calls you back… received mix match items,,, delivery man left with some parts…. That I was supposed to receive and I have to keep calling to try to resolve… I am so furious I ordered couple things nothing sent well

This store ridiculous. How does a store open at 7am and have an associates available to assist you in the department that you require assistance in, specifically I am speaking of the paint department. There also was no store manager on duty, just a head cashier and customer service assistants who have no idea how to assist me. This store needs to have corporate show up and reevaluate it's manages. If they're available.

My experience with Lowe's was beyond disappointing. I ordered a refrigerator through my home warranty company and it turned into a nightmare. The delivery was rescheduled and whenever I tried to get updates by calling the store, I encountered nothing but rudeness from the employees. They seemed to have no interest in helping me and instead gave me the runaround, offering no updates or follow-ups whatsoever. To add insult to injury, every time I called, I was put on hold for hours, wasting my time and leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable and I will not be patronizing Lowe's again.

Donna the store manager is a horrible person. I asked her for help and she said No! She does not assist anyone doing instacart. I called corporate and the store on Ave U and they both said she’s was required to.
