My turnoff was the woman with brownish blonde hair working at the counter. She was on her phone never greeted anyone, when it's time to pay there was no smile no nothing. I get if you have a bad day, just please don't bring it to work. About the shop It's a seemingly cute store that reels you in, you have to be really look to find a deal but it's overpriced especially their crystals and jewelry. Customer service needs work, I wouldn't be surprised if you get stuff stolen since your worker doesn't pay attention

Very professional company. From placing the order to follow up after the work had been completed, we were kept in touch with progress. The installers were very good, tidy workers and cleaned up after themselves, taking all the old doors and assorted detritus with them.

The store is great and definitely perfect for a gift or a souvenir but there’s a very rude asian lady working there and i didn’t feel welcome at all. I was ready to buy more stuff but honestly the way she spoke to me made me leave. This happened twice this week so i’m assuming it’s either her normal attitude or she was like that with me for some reason. the rest of the workers were súper nice and helpful though.
