I live near this store for years, been in the area before they even opened. I use it to grab liquor for cooking when I run out or liquor for parties I am headed out to. Never had an issue with customer service nor the items. I am usually in and out really fast, that being said I don't buy liquor enough to be familiar with the prices to know if they are cheap or expensive. I will say that some of the people who have left a nasty review for customer service has accounts that seem to only leave nasty reviews about service for other stores etc. Maybe the issue is not with customer service and just with posters of those accounts.
