Had a terrible experience there today! When I told neighbord about it they agreed and knew of the exact employee I was talking about.
There is a short Caucasian looking male who works the register. Sooooo rude and impatient. Makes customers feel like nothing. I regret going through with my purchase but I do know I will NOT be a returning customer. That man will make that store close down with his disgusting attitude.

I’ll start by saying I never write reviews but I need to acknowledge the service I received. I recently visited Liberty Panel Center on 7/19, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received.
As someone who knows very little about lumber supplies and showed up without my contractor, I was initially overwhelmed by the variety of options available. I went in to purchase doors, hinges, moldings and a other items. However, one particular staff member, Craig, went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to educate me on the different types of supplies, their uses, and how to select the best one for my project. When I say patient, I mean really patient! I asked all kinds of questions. His knowledge and expertise is truly commendable, as well as his humor.
Additionally, the store is huge and was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the extra care taken to ensure my order was accurate and complete. Craig reviewed my long list of items, multiple times at my request, in detail to ensure everything I needed was accounted for.
Lastly, I have to comment on their communication. By the next business day, Craig reached out with the estimate. Just as he said he would. I placed my order and guess what, everything was ready for me the next day. This is so helpful as my project is on a tight deadline and I thought I would need to wait a few days for the items.
Overall, my experience at Liberty Panel Center was exceptional. Their dedication to providing top-notch service has earned my loyalty, and I will definitely be returning for all my future lumber needs. Definitely ask for Craig!

I met one of the two managers, he was so helpful and friendly. I was in need of a soldering iron and he helped me talking about different types and what I needed. And by total chance I saw him and his family at a restaurant that night! Very sweet people. Bring your business here they do it right!

Liberty Panel is a fantastic company to do business with. Corey and Craig are very well respected in the Lumber Industry. They are extremely polite and respectful. They are a perfect one stop shop for all of your building material needs. If you go into their office their smiles will brighten up your day. We have been doing business with them for almost 20 years and look forward to another 20.

I know 1 star is unfair because most of the guys are very nice but there’s one his name is craig I think, is the rudest guy on earth, completely unprofessional, I’ve been there a couple of times trying to buy some doors and the only guy is him, of course don’t expect help , and especially don’t expect any kind of assistance from him.

Craig and Corey are the BEST!! They always take such wonderful care of all my needs. Every time I have a home improvement question Craig is there to help me out. Who needs Home Depot or Lowe’s when you have Liberty Panel!! What a great store and very helpful. Craig was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to help me make the very best selections. Someone should promote that man! What a wonderful person. I would definitely recommend them! They are Making Hardware Great Again!!!

I recently had a great experience at Liberty Panel when I went in to purchase some doors for my home. I got courteous, professional service. They had a great selection to choose from. The salesman was very helpful in offering us options to save money and to make the job go smoothly. While I was there I saw their kitchen display and got some ideas. I also picked up some Benjamin Moore paint. This place has everything you need to get a home improvement job done quickly and easily.

I walked in with my husband looking for a piece that fell off my electric scooter the manager greeted us so warmly and asked what he can do for us, So naturally I go and bring my phone out and show him the picture of the pieces I’m looking for. As soon as he saw I was looking for a stew nut and washer his entire demeanor changed he became agitated and hostile and refused to take a good look at the pictures I was trying to show him he carried on to tell us that he is not and will not be spending any of his time for a measly twenty cent screw it’s not worth his time or energy didn’t let us get a word In after he turned around ignored us and stormed away like and angry infant. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time and I’m a New Yorker rude people don’t really ever phase me but if your running a a store for the public fake that you have manners. Never met someone so blatantly rude.. I guess if I was bold I’d be a grump to… that’s not nice I don’t mean that or maybe I do. Never returning and if you see the bald short caucasian man standing in the front you have been warned
