I’ll give Levi’s their other 4 stars when they let their employees work in shorts. Really 90 degrees and corporate won’t let staff wear shorts. The staff there is great, but don’t make them suffer in the summer.

If you make a tailor shop appointment, call before you go to make sure it will be staffed at your appointment. I had a frustrating experience today coming in for a 12pm appointment that I booked online days prior only to be told the tailor shop now opens at 1pm and there was no possibility to drop my jeans off to pick up with the repair (it's a rip in the seat) later. I was told this was for "theft" reasons which didn't make sense to me. I wasted an hour of my day going there which could have been solved if they had a better handle on tailor shop appointments and the tailor's schedule.
