I called the store to speak to someone about size inconsistencies in the Levi’s 501s premium 100% cotton jeans. KEVIN answered the phone and after explaining to him what the issue was with my last two pairs of jeans I purchased within this past month he remained silent on the phone. After an extremely long pause, he asked if I was still on the phone. I said that I was and he laughed then immediately hung up on me. you pay $100 for a pair of jeans and God forbid you need real customer assistance only to get hung up on by KEVIN.

No one in the store interested in helping or answering questions until you get to the counter so they can bait and switch you on sale pricing. 50% off signs everywhere but “oh sorry not that color” only when you get to the register. We’ll shop online where it’s clearly marked.
