Waiting time is much too long beteeen procedures. No reason for it. Appointment Timing is not accurate. He was there for a nuclear stress test. Before the test they should have inquired if he was allergic to any chemicals going into his body or if he had a tendency to faint. . My husband did faint my while being administered the chemicalthru an IV. They had to administer an antidote to remove it from his system. The assistant doing the antidote did not move fast enough. It took too long for his blood pressure to resume back to normal. It finally did. Not very professional. When you register before test The place is only concerned with covering themselves for a law suit.

Staff was pleasant and very nice to the patients. My appointment was 8:15am I arrived at 7:56 and I was out of there by 8:45. Talk about top of the line service. Quick and efficient . Big 5 stars to staff and service.

Lenox Hill was super! All of the staff was friendly with each other and clients, they were quick to assist everyone. I wanted to make special mention of my ultrasound tech Lisa. She was an absolute rock star. She was patient, kind and extremely thorough. She went so far above and beyond, I was very lucky to meet her. I can tell you how happy I am that I went to Lenox Hill for my tests, they brought me so much peace of mind.

The service is wonderful. When you come in you don’t have any long wait you have an appointment you come in and they call you and they are very kind I had a great experience.
