Had coupon on site . It didn't work. Called and they said "oh yeah we should take that down". Ordered items for delivery. Order confirmed. But even AFTER confirmation they raised the shipping costs (already sky-high). And didn't even notify us of increase. Not sure how business is done in NY but that's nor kosher! And if they want to sell online they have to clean up their act. Never again.

If I could give them no stars I would. Five days ago, I called to ensure I could have Shabbos baskets delivered next day to a mourning family and include a note. I was ensured that it was doable. Just today I received a message that the store is out of stock and the order was cancelled! The family never received the baskets! And, less importantly but still incredibly frustrating, the hold is still on my credit card for the purchase cost.

They shipped me the wrong item. I asked for a replacement and they did not send it to me. Also, the store does not manage the website which adds to confusion and disorganization. They've lost a customer for life.

My COVID protection time as older adult saver for keeping Pesach for three years. Orders always came well in time for Pesach. When there was a problem once with mayonnaise they fixed it well and quickly. Will continue on as it is so much easier, too, than hunting around end of aisle kiosks in my not Jewish friendly grocery stores here in San Diego.

This store was near my son's dentist so decided to go inside very descent amount of groceries n sushi n they have a butcher in the back that would cut or slice ur meat plus they carry lamb which is very rare to find quick n easy shop

The seller is a rip-off artist. Do not buy from them. They showed a photo of a six pack selling for $.09 per ounce. But they sent a bill for $38 for 64 ounces of Snapple

They didn’t not refund my order literally after thirty minutes of me working it and the shipping price was ridiculous , all my messages were completely ignored and I issued a refund like four times and sent two emails . Literally payed over a hundred dollars in taxes and shipping when the grocery store price is like 1/3 very disappointed

Since finding Kosher for Passover in Northeast Wisconsin is near impossible Avi-Glatt comes to our rescue. Their shipping charges are absolutely nothing with a $100 or more order. We sit a the computer and put an order together then wait for the delivery.

If I could post zero stars I would. The frozen food was freezer burned and tasted like it sat in a freezer for years. I paid $66.95 to ship. I ordered an item that was out of stock and did not get credited for the item. I sent an email requesting a refund we will see how that goes. Get your Kosher goods elsewhere!!!

Very expensive and not worth it. I ordered meat for close to 400$. Some of it came spoiled, when I contacted the store they didn’t care. No refund, no apology, nothing.

Worst customer service. The "Support" team is anything but. I've been e-mailing back and forth trying to get money back for food I did NOT receive. twelve weeks later, I'm still arguing with the "support" person. To be fair, the company did pay me back a little while ago (which is why I gave them two stars instead of one, but this one person is a real pain in the rear end. This person seems top have pulled out figures out of nowhere until he finally looked at my order and told me how much they really charged me. I asked why the difference (from $25-$50), he said he looked into the file which was, quote; "very difficult because you never provided the order number therefore I have to do deep searches". If I had the code, I would have happily given it to him. Also, if he had done this one or two months ago, we would have not had the long discussion we had. This was also after when I asked if he could go into my profile's data he said: "No, I can't." But he some how got the data anyway... Hmmm. Apparently he actually got the data even after he said he can't because that is when he said it was $50. Granted, it may not have been the information I asked for at the time, but apparently, he can do some digging, just seems to refuse to. Bottom line, The company is unreliable my Passover food did not come (fortunately I had a back-up or I would have had nothing for my seder), even though the food is good, but this guy in just an...... well, fill in the blank.

Do not go there. Do not buy there. Terrible customer service. There are much better options than this place. I bought meat there that came spoiled and they didn’t really cared when I contacted them. Would not recommend
