Just moved here from Austin, TX and this was my first time at Laundro Mark Lu Laundromat. There are a ton local laundromat options but this one was definitely the best. I had no I dea what I was doing but Tiffany showed me the ropes! First time doing laundry was a success and this is my weekly spot from now on.

Like another reviewer, I seem to have gone at a less busy time. I guess the proprietor s w me as both an unfamiliar face and a tired one, because he was very helpful, even telling me which machines to use. Since I only had a few days' worth of clothes, I just washed everything together in one load. Between the soap pod, one wash and the dryer, I got it done for $6 and in under 90 minutes. I think it's my best laundromat experience anywhere, not just in the city!

The Lu's are wonderfully polite, incredibly professional, and always return my clothes in incredible shape. Machines and the space are always available and clean. Never thought I'd write a recommendation for a laundromat but if you're in the area, go to this one!

Mark has been extremely generous with me on multiple occasions, from sewing a torn shirt without prompt during a wash and fold, to holding onto laundry that I forgot to put into the dryer in his back room until he saw me again. Truly the best laundromat I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling my local!

Cheapest and best wash and fold in the neighborhood. $15 for 15lb, one day turnaround, and my clothes always smell great and are folded impeccably. Mark and his wife are very professional and keep the place sparkling clean. They know their customers well too!

Best laundromat / wash n fold in Bedstuy. Every time I have dropped off clothes they are ready the next day smelling fresh and folded neatly. Mark always asks if I want a specific detergent or fabric softener and which wash and dry cycles I prefer. I have not lost a single piece of clothing in the 6 months I have taken my laundry here. If you prefer to do your own laundry the prices are reasonable and there are always at least 2 machines available. Mark is also always stocked with quarters. 10/10 I highly recommend Mark Lu Laundromat to anyone looking in Bedstuy.
