Best carrier switching experience ever! Came in to switch my lines from AT&T, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Manager Michael was very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in helping out his customers. I did not feel rushed like in other stores, all my questions and concerns were addressed and then some. They really care about customer satisfaction here. If you're in Brooklyn I highly recommend this store even if you're not in the neighborhood and have to drive/travel, the customer service you will get here will be worth it!

This is where you want to sign up as a new customer and where you want to upgrade if you're a current customer. It's hard to believe that this small store hosts such big hearted employees who truly care for their customers. This store is a hidden gem and really should be considered the top T-mobile store in NY. Mikhail (otherwise known as Michael) and Hira helped my family sign up for a family plan for 5 members and a tablet line for $245. He was able to work his magic and make the process as seamless as possible. He tried to find all the qualifying discounts possible and despite of spending an extra hour in his store even after closing time, he didn't try to kick us out or tell us to return when they open. Mikhail made sure that we felt taken care of and even when 2 of the phones we wanted to buy were out of stock to even order from T-mobile headquarters directly, he searched for the nearest T-mobile corporate store that had the phones. He reassured us that if anything did not go to plan, we could call him and he would find a way. I'm very sure that Mikhail and his team do not get paid enough for the work they do. This is the first time EVER that I felt supported while signing up for phones. I have been personally with Sprint, MetroPCS, Boost and other T-mobile stores (back some 10 years) and normally had to deal with folks who were either 19 years old and didn't care if you had questions or others who pressure you into buying the most expensive and newest phone. Bottom line: This is where you want and need to shop at. t And P.S. to T-mobile corporate- they deserve a raise and an expansion of the store.
