He came a week late to fix a problem with refrigerator in my building, he gave 20 minutes notice and said he was on his way. We watched him sit in his car for 30 minutes parked on our street. He attempted to leave without giving a receipt and he disrespected the superintendent of the building, who is really a great guy. Would not recommend for anything.

Absolutely awful customer service on the phone. Delivery and install was fast but the inconvenience, rudeness and gaslighting of this office colors this entire experience negatively.

I received a replacement stove from them that was USED. The oven didn't work, was rusted inside the oven, had thick grease stains on the rack, inside the oven and on the exterior on the stove, the knobs were mismatched, the exterior has deep scratches, the rear of the stove was spray painted. My question to them was... Would you put this in your house/apartment?

Land appliance has no customer service skills. They are extremely rude. And behave as if they are doing you a favor. Do not use them unless you have no choice. Bronx NY

My wife and I had a fridge delivered a few days ago to replace our failing fridge. The delivery men, Quin/Quinn (apologies for spelling) and his partner were very quick in taking out our old fridge and getting our new fridge into our apartment very quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate the quick and hard work of these two gentlemen.

Had a very good experience with them today. They repair person showed up when scheduled, assessed the issue with the microwave quickly - he knew exactly what it was as he had seen this issue with this Whirlpool brand of microwaves before - switch issue. The customer service person on the phone was extremely courteous and explained clearly what the next steps will be: getting permission from management company to order the part, once in, will call me to schedule the repair. Now - just to get my management company (landlord) on board. Fingers crossed it will not be too delayed.

I've called this place approximately four times for a replacement fridge or to fix a fridge, I always say good morning or afternoon no one ever said it back the attitude and unprofessional manner in which they speak you would think your begging them for something. They need to do better! Well I received my refurbished fridge and it was slightly damaged on the door and inside holiday is around the corner so I washed it with bleach several times and just let it run,came back to check and yup a bug crawling inside!!! Smh

Never had a issue with them over 20 years but the lack of concern is disgustingWhy am I here 3 weeks and a day waiting for a stove do you understand the amount of money I'm spending eating out now yall said 2-5 it's after 5 yall closed so not good for business will be contacting my management they have to find another reliable company because this is no longer them very disappointing

The customer service at the office is absolutely abysmal. Every person that calls has an attitude and is completely condescending."Well it's your refrigerator," is a common reply for nearly everything you say. There is absolutely no professional courtesy and each interaction is painful.This is by far the worst service and interaction I've ever had with anyone on the phone.

I've had the most disrespectful interactions with the office staff every singe call. Not only is their service terrible, their lack of professionalism is almost comical. Office cops an attitude every single call. If you don't like your job, then dont' do it. Such a terrible customer experience.

Start recording the conversations with the company and post a link on here so I can listen to it. Here's a call recording app. play.google.com/store/ap…In New York you don't need their consent to record them. And you definately don't need their consent to present that recording in court if they are doing something illegal. Based on the reviews I'm reading it sounds like customuers need to sue. Starting a lawsuit on this company is easy. Just go to the Civil Court and file a small claims suit or Civil Supreme court to file for a larger amount of money. I don't even want to get into it. Leslie. I'm going to pray for you, you were so mean to me over the phone. Quit that job. I pray that the blood of Jesus come over you and deliver you from whatever you're going through. That God's angels rescue you from your sitchuation and hold the people accountable that had you in the state you were in. I pray that the Lord give you ecnomoic and financial stability, that He look after you when you are alone, at work, or around others. If you have family may He look after them too.I pray over this company Father God that you may deliver YOUR people from any bad sitchuation they are going through. That YOU grant your good and faithful servants the good blessings they've been praying for.Most importantly Father God I pray for your forgiveneness. If I was impatient, or rude myself may you forgive me for what I've done as I profess my love for You on Yep as I type. Thank you Lord God for all the things you have given me from a man who has lost everything over and over again. May you take that $500 of food that I lost in that refrigerator and use to bless someone else.Thank You Lord God, Jehovah Jirah, my provider, and my savior Jesus Christ for everything you have given me and all your faithful servents to this point.
