So disorganized place , the front desk receptionist is so unprofessional, I came for drug test, I found a lot of people's waiting, the sing in machine doesn't work , there was not sheet to sign in or something , when I speak to the front desk she ask me to sit with not knowing at least my name or what am here for , and everyone there they been asking for the same thing, no one knows who's first who's second.
They create a very bad situation.
The place need a professional team.

I only come here if I absolutely need to such as in instances where they are last resort with open appt times. The nurses drawing blood have always been nice but every time the front desk is so nasty! Not just to me but to others. They talk down to you like you are dumb and don’t know what you are doing. They yell at you when you are asking simple questions or need clarification. Today I was dropping off a sample and the guy at the front asked if I had a dr order. I said yes. He asked me 3 times if the order was from a dr and if it needed to be at the Dr office. Um I know what my dr instructions were. Then he asked to see the order which is in a little pocket attached to the bag. I didn’t know the pocket was on the outside. So I start to open the bag and he goes NO! The order! And points at the bag I’m holding. Me now looking confused I point to the other paper I have and he yells again NO! And points at the bag I am holding. He keeps aggressively pointing and telling me no and at this point I say yes I’m trying to get to the paper I don’t know what you want! I realized eventually after opening the bag that the pocket was on the outside and gave him the order. I said what did you think I was going to do hand you a container of stool? He could have at least just said the pocket is on the outside and that would’ve saved all of the yelling and pointing and confusion. The front desk needs to work on their professionalism and proper skills. Don’t go here unless you absolutely need to.

There is always a problem here, the man could not read my name on the blood slip and I call the dr a new slip had to be faxed over. He threshed me that I had to pay for all the blood test. The place is totally unprofessional. He requested for me to have a credit card on file, I only have a $20 co-pay. I’m more than willing to give my co-pay only but I do not believe in leaving credit card on files with all these different places unless they could guarantee me their security on the system.

Be ready to spend an extra 2 hours plus when you come here .
System is always not working.
The 2 employees 😂 are so lazy 😂🤣😅
I would avoid this place at all costs!!!

Why dose lab corp ask for a credit card for the file? I have health insurance and a $20.00 co pay. Labcorp dose not do this in manhattan(NYC). I feel this is a discriminatory practice what they doing in Brooklyn, New York
