I took them to court to get my money back. I'm currently in court with them trying to get my money back for purchase since June 2022. They didn't have the furniture to give me lied to the credit card company about they delivered the furniture when they know for fact the never did. I mistakenly signed the paper that said the furniture was delivered. They were sending that paper to the credit card company. When I went to court they couldn't lied to the judge.

Disrespectful person I always do business with him and now I’m officially done I regret every dealing with him and sending him clients he charged me a $50 delivery charge that never existed I requested the drivers get the $50 as a tip and Alan said don’t worry I pay my workers $200 each a day I will take care of them then I added an extra $25 tip to help take the furniture out and he messaged me that I’m disgusting and how did I leave a tip like that I never talk bad about places but this place has no customer service at all all he cares about is money and before I even received all my items he made me pay cash on the spot for the whole order and promised it to me on Tuesday somehow it ended up Thursday when he is in a good mood you can deal with him otherwise beware and good luck.

I was reading your reviews before actually coming to your store to purchase but your reviews show that you are truly nasty it tells me that you have your own private clients no real businessman would get in the comment section and would reply in such a rude arrogant manner

If I could rate this store minus one I would. Disgusting customer service, the owner was so rude, didn’t let me talk, didn’t even let me in. I called the store to get in and he basically spat in my face and hung up on me. Don’t come here.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Stay far away!! I will never purchase or recommend anyone to purchase anything from this place. It took months for me to receive my bedroom set and i had to cancel my daughter's bed because it never came and he didn't want to give me a refund.

I placed a few different furniture orders with this store and decided to cancel one of the orders. The owner got mad that he had to return partially money, at the end he told me NOT to come to his store never ever again. :) How nice it was... NEVER EVER!

I bought an amazing matress set for $499 from therapedic and it comes with 25 years warranty. Mattress has cool gel and its firm. I will definitely recommend Lhomme Furniture! Salespeople are knowledgeable and they ask if i had any problems with my back before selling their product. They also helped me to fulfil warranty paper for mattress and mail it out. I did receive confirmation from manufacture. Thank you so much. My back spazms are gone within a week.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I was driving by yesterday on Sunday saw this beautiful fireplace mantel. I went in and there was no one there. I stayed in the place for 10 minutes looking around, and no one. I went to the second floor and there was this tall caucasian guy, probably Russian who was the sales person. He was helping other clients upstairs. As they were looking around I approached him and asked him about the piece. He goes in the most obnoxious attitude and almost yelling, "I can't come now bro, I got other clients. I can't help you." And I'm like its okay I don't need you to come, just was asking. He just ignores and goes I got other clients
Like what? I know you busy but there is a way to talk to people. You can say okay sir please have a seat I am someone I'm taking care of. They guy had no customet service skills. I told him that and left and what heck with the piece.

Horrible store! Horrible owner! I went to buy a thick twin size mattress that was on sale for the memorial weekend, for 99$. I showed him the one on display and requested to buy that exact one. He said no problem it will be delivered in an hour. Well HOURS went by when it was finally delivered. And to my disappointment, it was not the mattress i picked out. When i called the owner to fix the problem, he was very rude, screamed at me saying he did not have time for this, and hung up.iv herd from many ppl he is a liar and tricks ppl by delivering what was not picked out. I am an elderly woman who does not deserve to be tricked and treated badly. Do not ever buy from here!! I will be contacting my lawyers, i got him recorded for how badly he talked to me. I will also be calling my local news station so everyone can know what hes doing to ppl!
