Jason is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. His constant communication and detail to getting things done are 10 star worthy. I was traveling far to come get the car and when I had arrived I was in and out within an hour. If you need a car go to this dealer and work with Jason.

Large venue which is easy to park at and has great inventory of new and pre owned on hand. Did my research online and found their web site very useful. Found a couple choices and set up appointment. My salesperson , Jason , was friendly and knowledgeable. After test drive I decided to buy. We amicably worked out the price , financing and the dealership did great job prepping and tweaking the car before I picked it up. Quick turnaround and everything was as promised. Satisfied customer.

We just leased our third Chevy Equinox from Jason Siegel at Bical. It was great working with him to find the best price for me and my family. Do I wish the lease prices were back down to where they use to be, of course!! But Jason got us a deal that we eventually agreed to. He is very knowledgeable trustworthy and not pushy. I recommended him to my daughter and her husband and to other friends. Shopping for a lease at Bical with Jason was a good experience.

I had a great experience here! Though I have nothing to compare it to as this was the first time I've ever gotten a new car, everything went very quickly and smoothly. I was worried I'd feel pushed into something, and it was nothing like that at all. I worked with Ali, and he was amazing.

Courtney is laid back and the furthest thing from the stereotypical pushy “salesman”that says things like you deserve it. From the time we went into the dealership we was met with courtesy from the staff. There was no pressure in purchasing or to talk to someone. We talked to Jimmy (Salesman) and he was very professional in everything. He helped us on finding a good solution and a vehicle that fits our budget. In all, we are happy with the 2023 Traverse.
