This was a lovely gallery and it’s a shame it’s permanently closed. I hope something interesting replaces it.

I recently visited the Klompching Gallery for the first time and was impressed by the engaging and kind owners, Debra and Darren. Their love for photography and art shines through. The current exhibit is both relevant and timeless. I highly recommend a visit, whether you're local or making it a day trip to explore Dumbo.
The Klompching Gallery was established in 2007, specializing in the sale and exhibition of innovative, contemporary, photo-based artworks, and representing an international roster of artists. From 2007–2024, Klompching Gallery established itself as the longest-standing commercial art gallery in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. The gallery exhibited at the Affordable Art Fair (2009, 2024), the Los Angeles Photography Show (2018) and AIPAD (2012–2016). From August 2024, the gallery pivoted to an appointment-based model; embracing private art viewings, with its existing and new clients across the US and internationally.
