?The store looks great, always love this brand and what they offer. Absolutely not a fan of the service in store from behind the counter. No hospitality and just completely unfriendly. Bad representation. Otherwise this store is perfect

It's the worst experience.I've been to stores in Soho, Brooklyn, and Tokyo, but my experience at other stores was ruined by a black female employee.When I bought a cup or something that was at risk of breaking, all the other stores checked and informed me of their refund policy, but she did not.I think it was a pitiful thought that they wouldn't even listen to me because I couldn't speak English well.

I can’t say enough good things about this location and Kith in general. The team at this location is the most helpful team I’ve ever experienced in all my times of being a customer, especially Devin! He’s come in clutch countless times and is an absolute hero. A million thanks to everyone at my fav Kith location!

Tall African American man working at kith named Andre was very very disrespectful. He should be let go. The orange hair girl was really helpful but that guy Andrea was horrible. No customer service and was getting very aggressive. I have been Shopping by kith in Flatbush for many years and I will be shopping there only. I will never go back to the Williamsburg location because of andree.

I want to thank Silver for her excellent customer service! I met her on my first day visiting the Kith store in Williamsburg and she was very kind and helpful along with the rest of the staff there. She helped me get the shirt I wanted too :)

My wife and I are Kith obsessives and visited here immediately after landing in Williamsburg for a wedding. Jon helped make our trip a dream, helping me land an awesome pair of Nikes, and my wife the coveted Kith leather handbag that recently released. As if we couldn’t be bigger fans already, we’re making this our first stop on all NYC/BK trips to come

Kith Treats’ desserts are amazingly delicious. Choose from either their preset combinations or make up your own blend from their ingredients. Cinthya, Elijah, and Charles are masters of their crafts. They are very informative and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Keep on the look out for new additions to the menu, the limited editions are thought out with interesting concepts. This location also has an exclusive Stuffed Waffle filled with Black and White cookies…it’s a dream on a plate.

I asked them to give me a new item, but they lied to me. They pretended to give a new one, but they just gave the one shown at the retail window with dust. And they have the new item in storage. Because after making the payment, my friend want to buy the same item, then they bring one to her.

Superb customer service. Was able to find all items I was seeking. Quick responses by sales rep and very attentive to detail and finding what you need. Jaylene & Silver were amazing during checkout explaining final sale and return policy and even informing me I had store credit that I never knew existed! Which was a dope surprise. Will define be back for future purchases. Highly recommend this location and they also have treats location so you can walk to domino park and enjoy a good purchase and scenic views.

Sindy is the BEST! Ask for her when you're in the store. She's such a sweetheart with an eye for fashion, she's extremely savvy. The location is nice and the store design is unique but Sindy really put the experience over the top.
