I live in Manhattan but had never been to cobble hill so I decided to spend my Saturday wandering around and I'm so glad I stumbled into this store. Such a huge selection of stuff with great prices. Bought a couple of things I've been meaning to order on amazon forever but never got around to, and I saw so much stuff that would make amazing housewarming gifts! I will def be back especially during the holiday season because there are also so many great stocking stuffer options.”

“Called before I arrived to make sure they were open. The lady answering the phone couldn't speak because it was busy, but she promised to call back. I went to the store anyway and bought my Gerber tub faceplate bracket and linkage assembly kit (97171KT). I asked the man helping at the counter about security screw bits. He quickly determined they were out of stock but advised me on other local options to buy them. On my way home, the woman from the store actually called back to ask how can she help? This was the absolute best customer service and product quality experience I had at a plumbing supply/hardware store!! I installed the tub drain kit and it's much better than the low quality Danco brand I purchased from a large hardware chain store. The faceplate is a much harder metal and the overall mechanics are better.”

“If I could write a title of this review, it would be: Do Not Buy Your Toilet at a Big Box Store. That's because I went through 2 such stores to buy a Toto toilet. The first time, it arrived in about 55 different pieces, completely shattered. Then I had to deal with returning this carcass of a toilet. (They wanted me to return 100 lbs. of porcelain shards myself!). Store #2 never got to the delivery stage, since they did not provide "white-glove" delivery to Brooklyn. When they finally checked on the item in the warehouse, it too had shattered.My husband saw Park Slope Plumbing Supply while driving by. I called and spoke to Randee, who made the whole process super easy. I never even had to visit the store. She suggested my plumber pick up the toilet, and now this whole month-long journey of buying a toilet is over!I will definitely look up Park Slope Plumbing Supply the next time I'm in the market for such goods and services.”

“Our Brooklyn Heights townhome suffered severe water damage due to a roof incident requiring a complete overhaul of our kitchen. Shai came to the rescue, guiding us from start to finish with the end result exceeding our high expectations. He takes so much pride in his work and expertly urged us to make decisions that have resulted in a timeless, beautiful kitchen that has added substantial value to our home. There are so many good things to say about Decori Kitchens, but let me try to name a few: 1) To start, Shai showed endless patience in reworking our kitchen design numerous times to incorporate feedback and ensure I was getting what I wanted. 2) As the project moved forward, he also went way above and beyond to make sure I had all the extra details covered, even though I didn't know I needed them ... beautiful cabinet insides, top-of-the-line pulls, custom coffee containers, LED counter lighting, quarter sewn wood panels, chrome outlet covers, and on and on. It is clear that Shai takes great pride in his work and wants clients to have the best (within budget). Honestly, no detail was too small for him to consider. 3) Shai was very organized, sending calendar invites for key dates, presenting his proposals beautifully, measuring and remeasuring and going the extra mile with updates such as videos to show me the cabinet making in process, etc. 4) Designing and installing a brand new kitchen from scratch requires so much coordination with numerous parties. I never felt alone in the process, since Shai was always responsive in checking on dates, keeping me updated, picking up my calls, advocating on my behalf when we encountered delays with appliances, fabrication, etc. I'll end this review by saying I was not the easiest client, which is probably an understatement. I was engaged in a massive renovation that I hadn't expected or wanted, and doubted many decisions. I am writing this review with the renovation in the rear view mirror and a much greater knowledge base that has helped me understand the quality and craftmanship and incredible eye for design that went into our kitchen. Through sheer perseverance and endless patience and talent, Shai now has a devoted client who wishes she could give him more than 5 stars!”
