My sister-in-law went to purchase Lysol and conditioner on 1/10/2019 at around 4pm. My daughter tripped on her trombone case strap and broke a candle. She asked if her aunt would need to pay for that and the employee said “of course you have to pay for that†and he sure did charge the broken candle along with her other items. Having been in retail management for 9 years, I understand that your establishment pays for that item and if it that item goes unaccounted for, it will directly hit your bottom line but you could've let that go. It was a ten year old that made a mistake, not a situation of a mother not having control of their kid and the employee knew that. You could've just let it go and for that reason we won't return. Rite aid is down the street. We will take our business there.
