Oh ok, thanks for explanation now is good it charge me for correct amount but don't blame my first opinion, as it showed me the pending $300 in my account the first time anyways understand now, I never before fill a gas on station and didn't know how card paying is working. See you for sure!

I had to move my young cousin from Syracuse back to Williamsburg Brooklyn. I drove my personal vehicle to Syracuse, and rented a U-haul up there for the return trip. Great experience with the U-haul location in Syracuse. They explained that the U-haul had to be dropped off at an approved location or else I’ll be charged an additional fee. There was 4 approved locations on the list (unfortunately 63 Kingsland Avenue was one of them). I wasn’t sure which location I could reach before closing, so I was given the option to call later to see which of the 4 locations I can make it too. I drove almost 5hrs straight back to the city, unloaded, and called U-Haul advising that I can drop the truck off to 63 Kingsland avenue. There’s no signage showing that this is a U-haul location, but this was the address. The first employee (very pleasant, polite and professional guy) advised me of everything I needed to do. The issue started with the bar code it wasn’t working. The employee explained that he thinks it’s an issue with IPhones because another customer had the same problem, he’ll make a call and the guy will take care of everything over the phone. This is where the nightmare began. He calls Joe (the extremely rude a$$). Joe (the extremely rude a$$) couldn’t find my reservation with them, and ask if I rented the truck from this location. I told him that I rented the truck in Syracuse, immediately his tone changed. Joe (the extremely rude a$$) asked me why did I rent the truck in Syracuse and refused to accept it. Joe (the extremely rude a$$) advised me to drop it off at 996 Metropolitan. I attempted to explain to Joe (the extremely rude a$$) about the approved sites and I’ll get charged an additional fee if I drop it somewhere else, but Joe (the extremely rude a$$) over-talked me repeating 996 Metropolitan over and over again. Every word that I said Joe (the extremely rude a$$) would say 996 Metropolitan finally I gave up trying to talk to Joe (the extremely rude a$$) and told him that I’ll contact U-haul to see how to handle this. Joe (the extremely rude a$$) said fine and I hung up the phone. I stepped out to contact U-haul to explain the situation and not get charged an additional fee. While on hold with U-haul another employee (another very polite and professional guy) walked up to me and was asking if I finished the process. I explained to him what happened with Joe (the extremely rude a$$) and he advised me that Joe (the extremely rude a$$) was the boss so there’s nothing he could do. I advised him that it’s fine I’m on the phone with U-haul. It appeared to me that both of the employees called Joe (the extremely rude a$$) and tried to convince him on my behalf. Joe (the extremely rude a$$) had the nerve to lie to them claiming that I hung up the phone on him. Thank god U-haul approved another location which was NOT 996 Metropolitan. Joe (the extremely rude a$$) clearly approves of the U-haul location at 996 Metropolitan avenue so please make arrangements with that location. After driving over 4hrs there, and driving the Uhaul back almost 5hrs (due to traffic) I was hungry (didn’t eat or drink much so I didn’t have to stop at restrooms), sore/stiff/cramping body, and exhausted. I just needed to drop the truck off and take care of myself. Almost everything went as planned with the exception of my draining experience with Joe (the extremely rude a$$).

Had gotten a UHaul at a different location with a former customer's lock attached to the back that I didn't have a key for, but these guys were kind enough to help me cut the lock so I could get inside before loading what I needed to. Hugely helpful in a stressful time!

Via Sabrina Fall: Your response to my review is my proof that you are an extremely rude a$$. There's a difference between informing someone that you're hanging up and just hanging up in someone's face. You LIED by telling your employees that i hung up ON you (flat out lie). I tried to attach a copy of my contract (which I thoroughly read and questioned before signing). The professional employee in Syracuse acknowledged YES there’s an additional fee if the truck is returned to the wrong location. It clearly states the renters name will be fully responsible to U-Haul or their affiliated U-Haul entities and agents for all charges related to the rental of the equipment and CHARGES FOR EQUIPMENT RETURNED TO AN INCORRECT LOCATION is one of the charges listed in the contract. More importantly HOW is it possible that you're in the business and dont know about the charges in your own contracts???? I did contact U-Haul and filed a formal complaint against you. I actually followed up by also sending them your reply to my review.

Came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change. Juan looked after me, oil change and a couple of checks here and there cost me $75 and 1 hour. I’ll return in the future.

The Passarella family is the kindest, most professional, thoughtful duo in auto service that I have come across in my 20 years of owning a car. My catalytic converter was stolen out of my vehicle and they worked quickly with my slow moving insurance company to get the job done in 4 days time. Professional, communicative, and always looking out for you! Thank you so much!

Great neighborhood service and gas station. You can get general repairs and maintenance, and it's a NYC inspection facility. They also have Uhaul rentals. Very friendly and easy to get to. Family owned for generations.

Tried to take advantage of me during state inspection. Told me I needed new brakes but luckily I just had my car inspected by the dealership before shipping it to New York, so I knew they were lying. They tried telling me the brakes were no good because they had rust on them after not driving the car for awhile.They withheld the inspection approval and made me wait for a quote for new brakes until I was able to find the report from the dealership proving they were wrong.

Went for inspection for work van. They were very informative and quick. They fixed stuff before they did inspection. Great guys they are. Joe was very helpful. I would definitely come back.

It’s an over priced for auto repair, they charged me for changing 3 plastic pins costs less than one dollar working for 2 minutes a $55 dollars. Unbelievable and so greedy
