Kings plaza not the favorite place to go but local. It’s always crowded plus there is always groups of teenagers walking , they don’t shop they just occupy places with resting area or just on your way when you’re tryin go anywhere, they don’t listen to a securities , I don’t understand it’s the teens nowadays like that or the security don’t do their job good enough

Got called by this number claiming to be the HQ of T-Mobile division for Chinese clients. They said that another number associated with mine was used for mass scam texts and is under FTC investigation. When asked to speak with someone who spoke English (I'm Bilingual) they said that they couldn't because they are the Chinese department, which was weird. I got suspicious and hung up but when I called in to Security to inform them, they become defensive and skittish. Sounds like they are connected some how :/

Very good shopping center. You can find everything from clothes for the home, cosmetics and perfumes for the whole family and according to your budget. Just one day is not enough to get it done I think

I recently visited Kings Plaza and had a generally pleasant shopping experience, particularly at Primark and Macy's. The stores were well-stocked, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, my experience was marred by the cashiers, who were unfortunately slow, unprofessional, and quite impolite. It was disappointing to encounter such service after an otherwise positive visit. I hope the stores can address these issues to enhance the overall shopping experience.
This 1 star concerns only cashiers not the stores itself.
