The actually sales person is nice. It’s the finance officer who was a jerk!!!
1) The finance person just finished running the application but he had the nerve to come to us and asked “how can I help you?”. I was looking at him like “what the hell he think we want! How about the price of the car and the approval!” Smh
2) He tried to give us the highest interest rate when the Nissan financing was offering a much lower rate that was already approved. We knew it was approved because we were told before we talked to him. Therefore, I have no idea why he tried to give us a high rate and made it seem like we couldn’t do better. Then, when we were not going for it, he pretended like he could do “better”. This jerk didn’t know we already knew about Nissan approval. Therefore, we concluded he must get a % of the interest so higher would be better for HIM! I look online and saw this could be why he tried to sale us a 11% interest rate over the 7%. What a jerk!
3) He tried to add in the extended warranty for $2000 extra assuming we wanted that! I told him to removed that crap right away!
4) He increased the base price by $1,660 dollars than the ticket price and told us the Tire and Key fob warranty was free. He made us sign a contract saying it was free, but he actually included it in the base price so we couldn’t detect (my fault for not looking at that carefully). The warranty was $1,689. He must have distorted a smaller number and added the rest to that. We still have 30 days to cancel that contract but because he didn’t listed it as an itemized add-on, he can always say it was free because the price of the car is the price of the car. Jerk!
5) He told some stupid story that we should pay at least 6 months of interest on the car because the “government” is going to question her! That’s a lie. Never heard the “government” question people about pay bills in advance for money they have worked for and saved. I told him that “paying a car loan in advance is nobody business! Yeah yeah yeah. We already know about the credit score thing but they will get over it!”
This dealer uses the finance officer to be a snake and not the seller directly! That’s why we’re paying it off with the very first payment with NO INTEREST!! I really did not like this Finance guy. Had he been more honest and not so tricky and jerk like, the 6 months payment before paying off may have been done as a Courtesy to his pleasant service like I did with my own car at Tarrytown Honda. When it’s all said and done, shes paying the price of the car, plus the tire warranty and the tax only! The hell with all that interest! Good Bye!!!!✌?

I had a scheduled oil change on 7/13/24 when the mechanic was finished he pulled the car out he went to the service advisor to tell him he needs to brake bled i thought that was odd why would you pull the car out so i agree to do the work i was suspicious the advisor should have told me on 60.000 miles highly recommended to get that done but I know that but i decided to do it because I was there already when mechanic was finished I was shocked how my car looked oil all over the car when I told the advisor name ATNAN #1041he had the biggest attitude the mechanic was worsened attitude mechanic screaming do you want me to clean under your car to or forgot to mention scratching on my bumper or the mechanic left a tool under my car hood I gave it to his i think supervisor he looked shocked bad day at Brooklyn Kings Nissan.

I got an oil change here. After I left my AC wasn’t working. Coincidence? I’m not so sure.
When I came before I should’ve learned my lesson. I have a new lease And when I came, I had a flat tire they replaced the wrong tire and the wrong rim on a brand new car charge me almost $800 and when I told him about it, they told me they would need to charge me again. I should’ve learned my lesson last time.
I only came back because I had paid for oil changes in a package in advance.
They asked me to rate the dealership. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car. When I expressed this in the rating, I contacted and told to go somewhere else. Again unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.
It’s easy to tell people to buy oil changes in advance and then tell them to go somewhere else, but you’re right I won’t be back. After I came in my AC stopped working and I don’t believe it’s a coincidence. It’s a new car.

The absolute WORST in customer service…I called and asked the same question for a part to 4 ppl they transferred me to just to be put on hold for 20 minutes just to be transferred again they don’t even know the sale they missed out on ?

Used to good timely service at Kings Nissan. The new location to pull into what was previously solely the Infiniti service center makes it even better. Much better location and less frustrating to find a place to leave the car upon arrival.
