The medication prices here are ridiculously expensive! You should consider looking elsewhere. There are many Russian pharmacies near Kings Highway that offer the same medications for a much lower price, even as low as one-third of the cost.Bepanthen shouldn't cost more than $10 to $15 at any other pharmacy, and Suprastin should definitely be under $10. This is just taking advantage of people!

I was at this pharmacy at 6pm on Thursday 10/26 and they were already closed even though it say 8pm. So i went back on Friday 10/27 at 915 and they do not open until 1130. They closed early as well around 4 pm. Today I called around 8 am and no answer even though google says they should be open. I called again on cashier number and the lady on the phone was super nasty . She said that she has a line she doesn’t know anythingand pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. WHY IN GOOGLE MAPS it doesn’t show this information!!!!!I just had surgery and really need my medicine and they always seem to be closed. This is really is very inconvenient and frustrating for someone trying to get their prescription. They need better hours.

Do not make this place your primary pharmacy for prescriptions. You cannot have it in time. They can just close the store for a while even though they should be open. You have to wait for them to open no one knows when.They don't care if you have pain or u need antibiotics. People with a bad attitude.

Please never ask your doctor to send any prescriptions here, as it could cause trouble with their schedule and attitude. Use a nearby CVS instead.

We had a bad experience there. We bought a bicycle for a kid, assembly of the bicycle was terrible. They didn't want to expect return on next day, because officially they call themselves pharmacy. So if it's pharmacy, why do you sell bicycles?

I’ve been visiting this place for years, always great satisfaction but the only thing is that sometimes people who come after you don’t stay in line, especially local babushkas, just go in front of you without bothering.Hope owners look at this issue.

Medical Supplies department is closing earlier than the rest of the pharmacy and store, so often it's impossible to pick up your supplies by that time. Speaking to the manager of the location, Alex, about this is useless as he couldn't care less if that isn't convenient for the customers. On the topic of HIPAA - don't want to even get started.Some of the staff is polite though and trying to be helpful, although you may have to train them yourself how to measure the size of orthopedic supplies correctly yourself. Speaking of the available shoes of good quality - the space is small, so they'll have to use a catalog to place an order for you, and there's no guarantee that what you're asking for will even be available to order unfortunately.

I recently placed an order with this store, for an item that unbeknownst to me was out of stock. As a result of the stock issue, there was some latency involved in shipping my order. So, I called, and spoke with Angela. Angela was incredibly kind, professional, courteous, and she did everything she could to get my order shipped out. My order actually arrived today, and I am afraid had it not been for Angela's involvement, I feel as though it may not have gotten here as quickly as it did. As a result of the initial issues, I was considering taking my future medical supply orders elsewhere, but after my interaction with Angela, I absolutely will give this store another shot at my business. We have all dealt with rude, unprofessional customer service representatives these days. Well, I can assure you, dealing with Angela was like a breath of fresh air, and her efforts are proof that all is not lost for us paying customers, there are still some CSRs out there who actually care, and do their job extraordinarily well.
