Imagine paying for your groceries and not being able to get a bag because you don’t have cash!!! The cashier was very rude, I live nearby and go here very often and she has never ever been pleasant.

I stopped here to buy some dinner ingredients. The place is always fully stocked for anything i may need. Though they do not have the widest selection they have the necessities. This place is relatively clean. They have very good prices on their meat products which is one of the readons i stop at this location. They check you out as quickly as they can as sometimes there is only ever 1 cashier.

I shop here occasionally when I need something urgently and nowhere else has it. The store has the smell that leads me to believe that things are not as fresh as it should be. The meat department always look off putting and I don't really trust getting meat here. They do sell fruits, veggies, deli, dairy, frozen, and pantry things. A few times, I seen the deli section covered with flies and open containers of food items sitting in old dank water with a layer of dirt film on top. The store is on the smaller side so, there is a lot of cramped aisles and can be hassle.

I really like that I am familiar with a lot of the brands and stuff I use/need to cook my foods. A lot of stores in the neighborhood cater to Turkish,Russian, polish culture and it was refreshing to see a damn Goya Product. Lol I definitely DO not trust their products. So much so to the point that in questioned the store's resources. The manager is a dick and not a fan of him $10 minimum on card is ridiculous

I went there few times and i had a very bad experience with the manager. She is extremely rude and have no manners to speak to the customers. Owner should take some action against her. not everybody knows they can complain directly to the upper management/owner. They buy things and they leave even if they mistreated by the manager.Will never go again.

I go to this place only when there is no other option. The meat I will not even attempt. I have brought it home in three separate occasions and it was rotten. The deli counter has typical cold cuts and they weigh it after they wrap it up and never put a tare on. The entire back of the store smells like someone chain smokes in the back room. The produce is workable. You can also get prepackaged food but you're better off waiting to go somewhere cheaper.

The mayor is not even imposing the plastic bag ban due to COVID-19. The law requires they charge 5 cents per paper bag that have been suspended as they continue to be the only store in the area charging 50 cents per general plastic bag and $1.00 for the weaved plastic bags. The reusing of the plastic bag is not suggested at the moment because of the COVID-19 crisis and since the coronavirus can stay on plastic surfaces for up to 72 hours, it promotes the spreading of the disease. The two registers are so close together that they prevent customers from adopting social distancing measures of 6 feet. There are safer meat markets around such as Dominos' on Kingshighway and E 19th St and Gourmet Plaza on Kingshighway and East 13th St. And free bags for you to carry your groceries home!

I live in this neighborhood, i always go and shop from this place .the Spanish girl who is working their in the morning time she is very very rude ,she literally throws the bag and stuff and give so much attitude, i dont know what is her problem, i asked for the manager and she said she is the one huh.she will never give your change or debit cards in your hand just leaves it on the side no thank you or anything ,just because of her i avoid going there i rather walk and go some where else .

You'll find almost everything you need here by way of meat, cheese/dairy, and a small variety of other items you would normally find in a supermarket. Selection is not massive, I went in looking for chopped Chile's and couldn't find them, or a reasonable substitute. I recommend going here for good prices on dairy items, this store definitely gets the job done when it comes to any meat or deli needs. Very convenient entry and exit, the store flows in one direction.
