The pool's water is very cold and seniors like myself have complained to the staff who claimed that the water is 82 degrees.I have been a loyal member for over 20 years, and have never experienced such discomfort, and disregard about our concerns. I would not recommend joining that facility if swimming is your main concern.

We have been a part of Kings Bay Y now for over 4 years. This is our last year as part of the education program. To say we are sad is an understatement. The teachers have been nothing short of phenomenal with the kids. They truly do care about each kid. We are sending the kids to the day camp now as well. While technically my 5 year old could go to the "big kids" camo, she will be going to the preschool camp one last time just because we aren't ready to say goodbye to the teachers and friends that have been made.My older daughter will be going into her second year in the day camp. She had a great first year and loved her counselors and the friends she made. She will be joining the same group from last year.I highly recommend attending the school as well as the day camp.

Went to Kings bay Y summer camp a lot growing up. It was an amazing time with a bunch of fun outdoor activities and great counselors. Always had a great time!

My family has been a part of Kings baywide for many years. Currently my child is taking classes with Leif for improv and audition. The classes are very organized and committed to teaching the children.

Kings bay Y offers Sonyc Program at PS/IS 206, my son has joined the after school program there almost two years, he loves it and he’s happy. The staffs were friendly and responsible.

My daughter attends afterschool school program at Kings Bay Y. The staffs are wonderful, especially Ms. Jenny. She is very nice and caring to all children. I highly recommend this program.

This review is for the SONYC after-school program in PS/IS 206. This is the second year my daughter (7th grader) goes to this program, and she loves it there. All the staffs are friendly and patient with kids, and that's why my daughter and her friends love attending this program. Especial thanks to Ms.Jenny, who is very caring for my daughter, wouldn't ask for more!

Our family had an incredible experience with this summer camp! The variety of activities kept my kids excited every day, and the staff's enthusiasm was contagious. From arts and crafts to outdoor adventures, the program offered a perfect balance. The counselors were attentive, creating a safe and inclusive environment. My kids made new friends and developed valuable skills. We're grateful for the memories and recommend this camp wholeheartedly!

I can’t rave enough about Kings Bay Summer Camp, my child had such an amazing summer thanks to the staff and programs that he participated in. I’m so grateful that my son has a safe and fun place to spend his summer. A big thank you to the director Christine who was always available to address any questions or concerns I had!

My family has been a Kings Bay Y family for 3+ years! Whenever we pick him up, whether it's from afterschool or a day at camp, he has a smile on his face. The staff gets to know all the kids, and the fact that some of them work all year round provides a level a security and familiarity for my son that I'll always be appreciative of.You also won't find an organization with better communication with families. There are weekly emails about the full schedule for each week of camps. If there are any chanegs, you'll have an email that morning. Concerned about trip days and when the buses will arrive back at Nostrand? No problem! You can ask at morning drop off and they'll tell you the ETA for end of day.Your kids are in great hands with Kings Bay Y!

I will never come to kings bay y again Last week I observed your staff/security he talk to a member in the most disrespectful manner possible which no man should ever talk to a woman that way I’m am appalled by the language he used and his demeanor towards a female if this was my establishment he be fired no one especially someone paying there money should be treated in that manner if I could give a negative 10 stars I would never going there ever again he needs to be reprimanded he goes by the name of Mike or mick I think he doesn’t need to work there you guys are gonna lose members like me
