I have also been patronizing Kingsbridge Cleaners for 20+ years. I continue to bring my clothes here to be cleaned and tailored due to the consistent care and quality of work they do to prepare them. I most recently brought in a dress my mom made for me when I was one year old. The dress needed a vintage-type ribbon added, and it needed to be dry-cleaned. My eyes sweltered when I saw my vintage childhood treasure in the gift box it was packed in. Victoria found/selected a ribbon that matched the dress perfectly. The dress was perfectly laid upon pre-formed tissue, giving it shape, and meticulously placed in a gift box with a gift ribbon tied with a bow. I can not thank Victoria enough for the attention she gave to this dress, which I am gifting to a new mom of a little girl. Kingsbridge is a gem for those who have entrusted our loved and valued apparel to them over the years. Mil gracias! Thank you ever so much! Debbie N.R.

I came in for a men's suit tailoring adjustment/alteration for an upcoming wedding I'm attending. Since I have long arms, it was a simple alteration of extending the length of the sleeves of an off the rack suit. Professional, knowledgable and helpful (answered my questions since I dont do this often). Cost was $35 which I felt was fair, with 50% deposit needed on the spot (I used cash). I was not in a rush but this place is busy so normally any work will take a week unless you negotiate with them to rush it. They take your info and send a text which has a link which can give you status updates. Note my work was said to be available after 5pm (They close at 6pm) on Thur. I came in at 530pm on the due day and piece was not ready. However, it was ready the next morning by 9/10am but this shows how busy they are. Was professionally packed. Nice bright comfortable space. Lots of staff members. Was not intimidating.

I've been patronizing Kingsbridge cleaners for over 20yrs. I am extremely satisfied with how they clean my clothes and the amazing customer service. Mostly, I was so impressed with the spectacular and beautiful job the seamstress Carmen did for my birthday dress the other day. Her work was so good that would've thought she made and design the dress just for me. All of the alterations she has done for me was great. I'm looking forward to bringing more of my belongings her. This cleaners is very fast and efficient with talented seamstresses! The store is big and clean, so you don’t fell cramped or on top of other customers when you’re trying your clothes on. My only piece of advice for the tailor’s is not to make negative comments on people’s body weight when they are coming in for services.

Whether it’s alterations or Dry cleaning, the excellence and professionalism is excellent! I’ve been a customer/client for quite a few years now and Bridge Cleaners continue to exceed my expectations.

Sometimes the staff will take pick up payments at the counter in the front of the store near the doorway. So I stood there in the front of the store for a long while this was right after telling the clerk I was picking up. She let me just stand there without informing me to come to the rear of the store to pickup my items and make my payment. I found her actions to be irresponsible and unprofessional a simple greeting and polite direction to come to the rear of the store to pick up and make a payment would have been the right thing to do. Please discuss this with your staff. Thank you.

When you walk into this establishment you are greeted very warmly. The beautiful smiles from everyone there is such a joy. The hospitality and professionalism are top-notch. They also show you that you are not just a customer, you are part of the family. I live a distance away and will continue to patronize this establishment.

Love this place! Great establishment, they take great care with every garment. Staff is welcoming and attentive and the facility is beautiful and accommodating. From a simple press of a suit, to a complicated pant hem or taper, no task is taken for granted. A++
