Thank you for being honest about the store next doors refusal to return an item bought at another location. This store reassured me that I was able to make the return and they were honest and warm people thank you ?? I’ll be coming into this store since my feet a kids size. The regular foot locker next door needs a better attitude these two stores don’t match each other’s energy at all

I called to do raffles for a limited shoe releasing this weekend. I did my due diligence and called and asked when they ending the raffles, employee said 8pm. I get their by 720pm and the employee said the raffles are done the list is full. I was so shocked because it’s not even 8pm and it’s just not fair. You don’t want a riot for first come first serve but you also don’t want to do raffles to the allotted time.

The 1st lady purchased sneakers for our daughter & had them shipped back home. Excellent customer service by all employees who made us feel as if we were locals.
