My husband purchased a pair of sneaker and didn’t realize they gave him the wrong size so I went to change it and gave his email address that he used and they couldn’t find it and gave me a hard time and nasty attitude all of them it shouldn’t be that Hard if you can’t work with ppl then get a different JOB so make sure u ask for a receipt because they will play you on top of that they didn’t want to give me the sneakers I went to exchange are u effing serious she claims she was the manager short blonde girl wish I got her name to put her on blast
