The worst service of any Key Food Supermarket store. They delay customers by putting them in a common line and then calling them back, stealing our time. Instead of quickly starting to serve, cashiers call the next one. But the most disgusting thing is that when there is no one in line, the cashier sends the customer TO THE FAR END, and then CALLS THEM.

good place with decent service. with a large variety of goods for the home. fresh vegetables and fruits. Good choice in all categories. The staff is polite and does a great job. Cleanliness is maintained at a good level. I think the residents of nearby houses are happy to have such a store nearby.

Right after my mother-in-law shopped at this store, all her foodstamps were stolen . It disappeared from her card. I heard that it happened to other elderly people

I was helping my mom shop at Key Food on 07/24/2024 at 6 PM. I parked my car in the parking lot and helped my mom carry the food she bought home to 576 Ave Z corner West 3.
When I came back, I couldn't find my car. I reported it to the shop security and they told me it had been towed away because it was standing there longer than they were expecting.
Talking to the 'manager' and calling the towing company gave me nothing. It cost me $180 to get my car from the towing yard on Neptune Ave.
User's recommendation: Do not park your car and shop at Key Food on 599 Avenue Z, Brooklyn, NY 11223 They are running SCAM.

This is my local store and honestly they are price hiking like crazy! It’s unbelievable how expensive it has gotten to shop here.
I can’t wait for the new associates supermarket to open so they have some competition in the area to lower their prices.
