The security guard treat the customers like criminals. If you pay at the self-service machine, he will tell you that you put a stolen product in your bag. After you prove with the payment receipt that you did not steal anything, he will turn his back without even apologizing.

I'm tired of every time I walk into the store, the workers think I'm stealing stuff and they question me even though I bought stuff from other stores. And the workers occasionally look at me outside too when I walk past the store. Every time the workers ask I show them receipts and where I got the stuff from but they still question me when I do nothing. Like okay I can buy one or two things but constantly being looked at like I'm suspicious or a criminal is pissing me off so I can't keep supporting a store like this.

im going to post again cause they want to hide the fact they treated my mom and dad like they stole something. we come on the regular and pay good money before it was superfresh it was key food. who ever frisked my dad i have a lawsuit dealt against.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would in a blink of eyes.
I came in with my son to buy a couple things, after i paid i was told by a security i stole things i put in my bag, and he made me take everything out and check all my groceries. Then he proceeded to say is ok without even apologizing, Im never ever coming to this place, you are giving them business and they treat you like a criminal.
Managers not on site, only girl watching the self checkout machines, didnt even say anything.

Worst of the worst key food in the area ! Managers speak to elderly customers very disrespectful ! Cashiers always I mean ALWAYS have nasty attitudes. I could keep goin... I stopped spending my money here. I come for milk and small things now. Maybe new customer friendly and professional staff is needed. I give key food 0 stars?

Came to give in bottles for the five-cent Pfand, and the machine was broken- where it said it was full. I came inside to have someone service the machine so I can give in the bottles, but no one was able to service it and they told me "to come back tomorrow". This is a constant problem at this place, and a person who introduced himself as Ryan did nothing but wave me off and tell me to come later- and now I need to .
Also, the security guard follows people like a dog. I've been going to this place longer than he had been working there, and he follows people around with no basis of suspicion. I understand that is his job, but I find his ethic uncomfortable.

My family shops there multiple times a day. The security guard is consistently harassing us. He is extremely unprofessional. The management is horrible. The meat and produce are subpar. I am always made to feel uncomfortable. We spend $1000 a week there due to the fact they are overpriced. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I will now go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

There’s a new manager or someone stupid enough to think himself manager, treats you as a criminal and doesn’t allow you to use self checkout when you ask why he says you will block the road?? such a stupid answer, he thinks he owns the America ?? that’s another crazy situation!
