Service: Change engine oil filter housing, engine oil leak.
Jeep SUV, Both low oil pressure warning & engine light came on.
@ the same time. Have always used dealership service. Didn’t feel like trek to dealership, so tried local KC Auto Repair. Cliff was transparent about the pricing. Performed Diagnostic test while I waited. Given Choice of manufacturer vs generic auto part. Decent repair time frame. We will continue to use KC for car maintenance.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Main mechanic is the rudest person ever. You would think I’m coming to an auto shop to get help and they would be nice because I need a service for which they are getting paid for. NOPE. Absolutely rude from the beginning. Even threaten us because we matched his energy.Based off the reviews I’m seeing now he’s just the most unprofessional person. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!

I've been going to Cliff for years. I used to live on his block, and even though I've moved, I still go there. He's been nothing but honest and upfront with me in all of our dealings. I would say that he is not only trustworthy but a pillar of the local community.

I’ve been there a couple times. I will never take my car to another mechanic again. They are there to help you not to rob you and they tell you like it is. The price for the repairs are very reasonable not like other mechanics out there trying to rip you off. Waste of time and money. Not a trustworthy mechanic.I came in and needed a new battery and alternator. I agreed to this work but then he also replaced a belt without my consent...not a great start.A month later the alternator belt was fraying because of a bent pulley, which he would have seen while installing.6 months later the alternator and battery went bad. I got a new battery from AutoZone, then returned to him to replace the alternator since it has a warranty.I dropped my car off and he had it for 4 days without doing any work. Every time I called he would give me the runaround and make excuses for why he couldn't replace it. I was tired of dealing with him so I just grabbed my car from his shop.Service: Battery
