The staff at Juniors make us come back (and not in evil, coercive way). They’re upfront about what the vehicle needs, and have reasonable rates. I’ve been coming there since 2021, and I’m glad I found them.

This is my 2nd year stopping at Juniors for my car inspection, and each time this family goes above and beyond. My Family has been using Junior’s for
Over a dozen years with only great results. It’s a real Family company. We have even attended their annual Xmas Eve bash in the garage. They are great at dealing with Insurance companies and Our car is always finished on schedule.

While competent, I will never go back to this place again. The first time I went, the service was fine sincey my husband was involved. Junior (the owner) was nearly hoping and skipping around for this mans business. The following year was very different when I went alone. My car failed inspection, & I was told to drive the car a certain way to reset the computer. I did, and the car failed a second time. That's when Junior yelled at me in front of other customers telling me that I wasn't listening, heard what his son said, but was doing what I wanted to do. He spoke to me like a five yr old. I felt embarrassed, and shocked. I tried doing what he said a second time, because I already paid for the service, and the car failed again. He became even more irrate than the first time, and tried to yell at me some more. I finally put him in his place, took my car, and vowed never to return.I simply will never pay someone to treat me like garbage. A good professional relationship is as important as any other, but he doesn't seem to know or care about that. This guy doesn't know the first thing in treating people with respect - not women anyway. Ladies, unless your partners will take your car in for you - stay away from this place.

I really appreciate my interactions with the team at Junior's. Everyone I met there is very friendly, kind, and straightforward and trustworthy. They even explain issues and services to me in ways I can understand. Excellent communication and care!All services are guaranteed and the team does great work.
