Up charge for suv(2 different prices)
Up charge for matts
Up charge for using credit card
But no soap or hand towels in the bathroom????!! Ridiculous there’s other more affordable options another person was as annoyed as I was with the “up charges”

I’m extremely upset with the service there first they charge me an extra $10 from the original price I’m not sure why but I still didn’t complain hoping I was getting a good job done
They literally returned the car the same way I gave it to them I paid extra so they would cleaned the interior and they did a terrible job I’m never coming here again

My issue was not about the car not being detailed or cleaned properly. But oddly enough it was that my car came out with the side grill pushed out !! All while they were drying the car the set of men had to have noticed it was so obvious and out of place but acted blind and kept saying they not finished ?! When it had to have happened while the car was being pushed through to them or something. When my mother and I addressed it to the one guy who only spoke English I guess, he told me to speak to the person who gave me the ticket he don’t know anything very nasty at that !! I went and got him and showed him the issue and he acknowledged THE CAR DID NOT COME IN LIKE THAT and pushed the grill back. The other worker who brushed me off then wanted to reprimand the “guy in charge” in front of me but I thought he didn’t know anything or how the grill got pushed out make it make sense !!! There was zero accountability from anyone or simple apology which was what I was actually looking for let alone compensation or something silly me, very horrible business ethics !! I know some people who would have had a filed day with the situation. Hopefully someone with some business sense can reach out after seeing this comment glad it’s all on camera for reference. Called and spoke to the woman in the front lovely lady and she too agree how unjust the treatment was and how it could of went left because you don’t just treat a customer like that mainly the guy who “didn’t know anything”. Thank God, I didn’t tip a damn thing won’t recommend or go back !

They are out here breaking parts in cars. DON’T GO. They’ll tell you your car came in broken and there's a big sign that they are not responsible. TALL, SKINNY, AFRICAN WITH THE BLISTERS ON HIS LIPS DID IT. IF YOU’RE A FEMALE HE’LL “MY SISTA” YOU TO DEATH. CHRIS, THE OWNER YOU FOUL. HE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS EITHER. TERRIBLE BED SIDE MANNERS.

The service is very slow and poor, I believe this place need improvement in many areas. One price when you paid with card with ridiculous fees and another price when you paid with cash for the same services.
