This was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! I worked with Mikasa, who was friendly, helpful and super expedient with a last-minute request on a Friday afternoon. It’s not often customer service interactions leave you smiling, but Mikasa provided a 10/10 experience. Really happy to have chosen State Farm!

Luisa quoted and helped me get a renter's policy on the same day, working AT NIGHT to get my a certificate for my new landlord. The process was extremely easy and reassuring. For anyone who needs renter's insurance, I highly recommend this State Farm office and especially Luisa. Forget Lemonade.

Shout out to Mikasa at the Nassau Ave State Farm office. I recently lost my mom and Mikasa was amazing at walking me through the process and assisting me through a situation regarding mom’s last name. Mikasa’s professionalism, calm demeanor and customer service should be recognized.

I called John Garfinkel's office while shopping for home insurance. I worked with Jasmine E. who was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was extremely responsive. Thanks to her, this was one of the smoothest transaction.
