The WORST experience as a customer EVER. I've reached out to my Allstate agent on 3/31/2022, requesting for a landlord policy quote. He assigned his staff to me and asked for the rental property address. After I gave them the address, they NEVER respond to me ever since. I reached out again on 5/13/2022, my agent referred the same staff to assist me. This time the staff didn't even respond AT ALL. If Allstate doesn't do landlord policy for the property location, at least have the courtesy to let me know. I need to buy a policy for closing the mortgage. This is a HORRIBLE customer service I've ever had. I had been Allstate customer for 12 years and when I need them that's how they treat their customer. WOW!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! I'll shop somewhere else and I'll most likely cancel my current policy and go elsewhere. You have the nerve to ask me to complete a survey. Jesus Christ!

My husband has called Mr. Sasson several times to no avail. At this point we are wondering if he even exists. We have been with Allstate 45 years and have never had this experience. Along with lack of “good” customer service our rates are through the roof and find there is no reward for loyalty.
