I was so happy that this place accepts UPS/ Fedex packages. I know where to go to drop off my Amazon returns now. This place is close to my gym and close to the 20th Ave train station. Once I dropped off my package, the guy scanned it and gave me a receipt. I haven't purchased anything here yet. I'm just glad there are spots like this place to drop off my packages.

Usually came here and the guy who used to be here all the time was wonderful, very friendly, and transparent about prices. The new guy standing here now on the other hand sucks. He says random prices every time I go in with a prepaid label. Stick to a price and bring back the other guy

Charged me $2 for what's supposed to be a free return via FedEx! Everything was packed, taped, labeled, and ready to go! The box was only 8x6x5! The item sat there for 2 days before any movement.
