Great customer service from Kemrita the sales are good and needed but certain items are over priced the store was clean and organized but some of the employees need customer service training I only shop at snipes when these stores have a sale

The sales rep with the glasses stated that she could not accept my return because I bought at another location which is false. The purchase was unused and purchased the day before but was too big. She stated that she didn’t want the store to take a “hit” . Ridiculous.

The store is supposed to be open at 9:30AM, I have been waiting outside the store now for 25 mins while the clerk inside (who sees me btw) keeps the door locked. I have a snipes bag with a return I need to make visibly in my hands. This is a joke of a store. Hire new staff.

The team member YAZ was very rude and nasty when handling my concern over the phone. She told me my order was shipped somewhere else but has no clue where and then hung up the phone on me and I had someone else called and a guy told him my order got lost in UPS so now I’m confused. Thanks to Nessie for calling and explaining everything to me, she was really nice and empathetic. But YAZ she needs more training on customer service and how to speak and assist people coming into her work place

Great selection of shoes and some great sale items as well. This place is just like Foot Locker with a different name. Good variety of shoes with some great prices. We found sneakers for $30!
