I gave the owner, Jean, a laptop I wanted repaired, and after almost 2 weeks of not receiving a call, I called him and he told me he hadn't yet "researched" the issue with my laptop. I then went to retrieve my laptop, took it somewhere else and it was repaired the next day.

Even though it's not listed as one of the things they repair, I took a shot in the dark hoping Jean would would be able to fix my PS4. I had accidentally ripped a connector off of the motherboard. I was told to bring it in and he'd see what he could do. Not only was it repaired quickly and like new, I was shocked at the price. I was prepared to pay up to 3 times what I was charged. I even tried to give a tip and he told me "No thanks. It's my job. Just remember me when you need your electronics repaired." Trust me. I will.

Honestly speaking, the best computer repair service in NY. The owner is honest, humble and really gets the job done. He is very respectful too! In my most recent visit, I gave the owner 2 days short notice before my trip and he worked diligently so that I could have my laptop in time. He also gave me some helpful tips about other devices I have. Thank you very much Jean!

I can't say enough good things about Jean's computer repair. I was up against a deadline for medical school, and my computer (MacBook Pro) wouldn't turn on, and was making ominous noises. I was extremely upset and overwhelmed at the prospect of not getting my work done in time. Fortunately, Jean saved the day. I took my computer into his shop at 5:30pm on Thursday. He called me at 8:00pm that evening to let me know what was going on and to give me a price estimate ($150). He let me know I could pick it up any time after noon the following day. I stopped by at 1pm, and had my laptop back in perfect working order at exactly the price he gave me. In fact, my computer works better/faster than it did before I took it in, and he cleaned the keyboard and screen as well. I am so relieved and happy, and extremely thankful for Jean's swift and hard work. FYI- it's cash only, there's an ATM down the street with (IIRC) a $1.75 fee.
