I own a couple of Land Rovers and highly recommend Brooklyn JLR for all your parts needs, Eddie from parts is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to take care of me and his customers, the dealership is very clean well organized and staff is very friendly and does the their best to make you feel welcome.

My experience with Garrett Williams was traumatic. My honest suggestion is for Jaguar Brooklyn to terminate him for his unethical behavior. Adam Sharkawy and Islam Nosirov were extremely unprofessional. Finance Manager Steve Tabakov is reprehensible. Centre Manager Victor Feng seemed to be the most polite and willing to listen to the unacceptable work ethics of the others mentioned above. The above-mentioned deplorable individuals are a disgrace to the vehicle brand Jaguar. Over the past two decades, purchasing and leasing Jaguars at Jaguar Freeport were totally pleasurable experiences due to the professionalism of the sales associates. The mercenary sales representatives here at Jaguar Brooklyn reek dishonesty and manipulation. I do not recommended this business.
